My pleasure. Have fun with SBX. :-)
The SBX starbase reactor is available to all starbases.
The deep space citadel is part of vanilla Stellaris and defined as a starbase by PDX. That’s why it has access to the reactor at start.
No one forces you to use SBX if this bothers you.
Furthermore your wording is totally wrong.
Incompatible means:
“Not able to exist or work with another person or thing because of basic differences.”
This is not true for NSC and SBX.
SBX and NSC are fully compatible.
Is that a problem? I don't think so.
Thanks for the info but the info but why should I remove it? This would cause a loca error in SBX.
It's the loca string for the physics research lab and part of the core mod. It exists in all language files of SBX.
if it should not exist you can remove it to avoid any future ambiguous.
Thanks for the link.
FYI:
There are no conflicts between the starbase modifiers of both mods. Gigas does not provide any starbase building that improves the output of physics researcher jobs.
SBX does not include the modifier you posted.
However, you have a few conflicts with GIGA, like mod_station_researchers_physics_research_produces_mult and society/engineering. That wont hurt, just fyi
First of all nice that you did that.
You should make a sub-mod out of it because it will be overwritten every time I update SBX.
No, it does not have a Chinese translation. Sorry.
First time use it that I really want to know...
A small and elegant UI-Mod that adds more and scrollable building slots to zones I can highly recommend.
- No cluttered and overloaded planet view.
- 100 % compatible with UI-Overhaul Dynamic.
- Save game compatible.

Look for my post concerning the topic below in the comments.
Sure.
For the records.
Your question would have been obsolete if you would have read the mod description above.
Just as a side info. I'm currently facing fleets with a power of around 20.000.000. mil. str. from an FE. Not kidding.
Good to hear. Have fun with SBX.
Maybe Steam has not updated the mod correctly.
Try the following:
1. Unsub the mod.
2. Exit / Close Steam.
3. Wait at least 2 minutes.
4. Resub.
You are welcome and fingers crossed you find the culprit.
Mod conflict. The mod works fine.
Guess. :-)
To be fair the mod is aimed at players who play on the highest settings; prefer a kind of "turtle style" gameplay and don’t play vanilla.
It looks totally different when you face enemy fleets that have a military strength of several millions at the doorsteps of your empire. This can happen easily if your mod-set contains e. g. Gigastructures and More.
the problem was on my part,
right after this the game started crashing and i needed to delete every stellaris file from my computer.
Something broke in documents folder for stellaris lucky backup saved my sanity
I have tested it with “Shrouded Regions” and it works without any problem.
Furthermore “Shrouded Regions” does not contain any files / scripts that conflict with SBX.
these two varriables seem to be wrong,
starbase_module_capacity_add = 6
starbase_building_capacity_add = 4
lvl 2 starbase instead has
4 module slots and 0 building capacity
tested with Shrouded Regions UI overhaul dinamic and Starbase Extended 3.0
Reach out to me on Discord. I have a version ready that has to be installed as a local mod.
all you said was to refer to a message from another user where you basically say you don't have the files outside the dev tool nor do you plan to upload a legacy version.
so what do we do?
Fixes:
- General:
- Removed modifiers no longer existing in Stellaris 4.0.
- Starbase Buildings:
- Stasis Chambers provide 20 % pop growth again.
- Orbital Assembly provides 20 % pop assembly speed again.
Changes:
- Starbase Buildings:
- Financial Space Center:
- Produces 15 trade.
- Market Fee Reduction Of 3 %.
- Stellar Housings:
- Provides 1000 housing.
- Starbase Optimal Systems:
- Added Production Of 2 Trade.
- Added Market Fee Reduction Of 1 %
Many thanks to all for the feedback and reports.
Good to hear you found the source(s) of the CTD.
If you use this mod do not use the following
Starbase Buildings and Modules
More Starbase Gun Modules
Sorry to say but I can't reproduce the CTD and I can't see any reason for it.
Everything else seems to be working fine with the mod.
The issues are on my list. Will be adjusted shortly.
Just a small bug report.
1. Statis Chambers have no actual effect. Effect tooltip is missing, no difference perceived on planets of the system.
2. Stellar Housing give +15 housing which is not the order of magnitude expected from 4.x where housing is 900 per city district.
I was sarcastic. Yes there are buildings in SBX that have those functions but their notations are different.
If you reporting something be exact.
I'm tired of guessing what people do mean when they are reporting someting.
E. g, Stasis Chambers are not Stasis Pods.
Do I know if there is a mod that adds "Stasis Pods" or "Orbital Financials"? No.
You are welcome. Fingers crossed that you find the error.
