This mod works great, I fully tested every aspect, yes the detectors arent COMPLETELY accurate, but they work more than enough to get by. They probably wouldnt be that accurate in real life circa 1993 either lmao. I really think that everyone that is having a problem just has the load order for these 4 mods incorrect tbh because i did, and played around with it, and bam MAGIC.
asuragod93 3 ABR a las 5:46
its compatible with stalker armor pack?
Reanimator 15 SEP 2024 a las 8:52
any chance u make oxygen tanks refillable? also, how should the load order look like with original mod + succeeptible? im not getting natural rad loss

@Kebab Shop Boss Man
Check original mod, I will delete any further questions related to the original mod
David 18 AGO 2024 a las 12:44
How do i heal from the radiation infection i dont see any guides on here
Sir Doggy Jvla  [autor] 18 AGO 2024 a las 8:00
Don't use Braven's Auto Engineering, the mod is flawed and will break any mod that uses functions he decorated (code term) such Susceptible
Sir Doggy Jvla  [autor] 18 AGO 2024 a las 7:41
Oh wow it is
Sir Doggy Jvla  [autor] 18 AGO 2024 a las 7:38
That sounds like a wrong report, I'll verify that incompatibility but I highly doubt that's the incompatibility mod
Sir Doggy Jvla  [autor] 18 AGO 2024 a las 7:35
Uh that's curious
Kiégett Fűtőszál 18 AGO 2024 a las 2:45
The problem was dis mod: Braven's Auto Engineering
Kiégett Fűtőszál 18 AGO 2024 a las 1:37
That's a good point. My issue was, that I wasn't able to use the oxygen tank to begin with.

Also, I was using a bigger modpack.
On further testing it seems, this bug was caused by another mod, and if I remove all other irrelevant mods, then I can use the oxygen tank as expected, and it works correctly again.

I'm very sorry for disturbing you, as it's not the fault of the overhaul mod after all.

I'm doing some further testing, as I'm not sure which of the other mods caused the issue, and I'll write here which was the culprit.

I think it might be of interest of other users, who might use both of these. Or maybe the information can be mentioned in the description or some sort of a FAQs or known incompatibilities

@Kiégett Fűtőszál
Did you put an oxygen tank in the hazmat ?
Kiégett Fűtőszál 17 AGO 2024 a las 10:54
It’s the Base.HazmatSuit
https://pzwiki.net/wiki/Hazmat_Suit
Sir Doggy Jvla  [autor] 17 AGO 2024 a las 10:38
What hazmat are you using
Sir Doggy Jvla  [autor] 17 AGO 2024 a las 10:36
Ok now that's my problem now, could have said that
Kiégett Fűtőszál 17 AGO 2024 a las 10:31
And if I remove the overhaul mod, (only the HazardousZones being active) it works as expected with the hazmat suit.
Sir Doggy Jvla  [autor] 17 AGO 2024 a las 10:28
@Kiégett Fűtőszál
Ask the original mod author, not me
Kiégett Fűtőszál 17 AGO 2024 a las 10:26
Sorry, I might have been unclear about the situation. And thank you for responding 🙌

Situation: I’m standing in the radioactive zone, wearing a hazmat suit, from the vanilla game

Expectation: I get less radioactivity, than if I wore nothing.

What happens: I get the same amount of radioactivity, as if I wore nothing.

I tested it standing in the same point, for x time. Once wearing the suit, once wearing nothing.

The relevant radioactivity settings were set to 0.9

Interestingly enough, it works as expected with the gas mask, it reduces the radioactivity.

I might be wrong. Do you think I might be missing something, or doing something wrong?
Sir Doggy Jvla  [autor] 17 AGO 2024 a las 10:04
Then set it to 1 ? :|
I don't understand why you report such a thing, when it has nothing to do with my mod, again, and you are already aware of the option for it
Kiégett Fűtőszál 17 AGO 2024 a las 9:23
Yes I know we have this setting based on the 0.9
Sir Doggy Jvla  [autor] 17 AGO 2024 a las 9:09
@Kiégett Fűtőszál
Protections are not 100% efficient, even the hazmat. You can change that in the sandbox options
Kiégett Fűtőszál 17 AGO 2024 a las 9:05
And I also notice that if you have your mod on my server then in the broadcast zone if I have the hazmat suit
I still get the same radiation as if I had nothing on. Do you know what could be causing it or what information I need to help me figure it out?
Kiégett Fűtőszál 17 AGO 2024 a las 6:49
okay sry
Sir Doggy Jvla  [autor] 17 AGO 2024 a las 5:43
Has nothing to do with my mod
Kiégett Fűtőszál 17 AGO 2024 a las 2:12
Hi. I simply cannot load the oxygen tank into the hazmat suit. When I click on the small filter icon from debug, it throws an error and the file "client/Susceptible/SusceptibleUi.lua" refers to line 121 :" menu:addoptionTop("_________")); ".
And all this in MP
WarDaddy 2 AGO 2024 a las 14:15
I was mainly talking about the entirety of the mods, the combination of all of them allows for a lot of possibilities!
Sir Doggy Jvla  [autor] 2 AGO 2024 a las 14:10
@WarDaddy
Definitely not one of my best mods lmao, this is a simple addon that adds more features to an already existing mod that did LITERALLY 99% of the work. If I had to chose one of my best mods it would simply be The Last of Us Infected easily and nothing else lmao
WarDaddy 2 AGO 2024 a las 14:08
Darn, that's really a shame because your mod is probably one of the best you've made. And to be honest, we were planning to use it for our upcoming wipe (La Prophetie, one of the TOP FRENCH SERVERS). If you want, we can discuss it in private messages?
Sir Doggy Jvla  [autor] 2 AGO 2024 a las 13:49
@WarDaddy
That's a good idea but I can't put a date when I'll actually work on that because this mod is secondary priority in my mods. Issues with the counters are from the base mod
WarDaddy 2 AGO 2024 a las 13:47
Hello Sir, the optimization of the mod is great but there are several issues. The counters rarely detect when we approach the zone, and would it be possible to add visual elements like in Braven's Mod where small particles appear on the screen as we move inside?
iamyoungcoconut 30 JUL 2024 a las 6:39
how to get geiger counter?
Sir Doggy Jvla  [autor] 4 JUL 2024 a las 11:33
Sure
SigmaQ 4 JUL 2024 a las 10:51
Request Compatibility with Militek Faction Clothing if possible. Thx in advance

Mimir 20 JUN 2024 a las 9:34
I'd love to get this to work without beeing too punishing on a hard start. I had my CDDA-ish zero to hero run end because I couldn't find stuff I needed and I'm guessing I got sick from a zone. Visible zone sounds great. For now, I'll stick to susceptible + toxic fog. It'd be great if toxic fog would be compatible with these gas masks too.
Sesshomaru 12 JUN 2024 a las 16:51
but the natural drainage of the oxygen tank is greater than gas masks, Isn't there some way to make them last longer?, or wear an NBC suit with a gas mask?
Sir Doggy Jvla  [autor] 12 JUN 2024 a las 16:33
@Sesshomaru
Because there is natural drain of protections by default
Sesshomaru 12 JUN 2024 a las 15:49
I configured the mod so that the oxygen tank does not automatically drain and so that it lasts 168 hours (the maximum time) but it continues to run out in a few hours without being in a radiation zone.
Sir Doggy Jvla  [autor] 29 ABR 2024 a las 2:08
@Somi
Understandable yeah, the mod is truly hardcore and isn't fitting for every players. The use of geiger counter and such is mandatory to play this mod. I'll implement something to see the zone once I come back to the mod but rn getting back to my principale project of reworking The Last of Us Infected :)
Somi 29 ABR 2024 a las 1:45
I just did remove it both earlier and after server restart it works fine. Love the mod but yeah players complain about why they suddenly dying haha, if only there's a visible option for it to see the zone for non admins it would really help
Sir Doggy Jvla  [autor] 29 ABR 2024 a las 1:41
@Somi
Only hazardous zones ? Like keep the overhaul ? That's not possible
But if you mean removing hzazardous zones AND my overhaul I don't know. I would assume yes but make a backup in case
Somi 29 ABR 2024 a las 0:48
Is it safe to remove only the hazardous zones mid save?
Sir Doggy Jvla  [autor] 26 ABR 2024 a las 7:54
@Sadistic Furby
Np :)
Sadistic Furby 26 ABR 2024 a las 6:34
Sir Doggy, i salute you sir. Thank you for all the help in allow me to understand how this mod works in more detail. xx
Genom 14 ABR 2024 a las 8:49
Hi i without suspecteble trait? but I have susp. overhaul. + hazardous zone
Character have from 1 minute sick and dye 1-2 hour
Can explain some one what happening?
Sir Doggy Jvla  [autor] 12 ABR 2024 a las 13:50
@Wolrus
No idea, check the base mod page, my mod is only an addon to it
Dale Gribble 20XX 12 ABR 2024 a las 13:45
Where exactly do the geiger counters and things like that spawn?
Sir Doggy Jvla  [autor] 10 ABR 2024 a las 14:44
@LORDEXODIA01
Hmm idk shit about this field so might have to ask others who know more about this
LORDEXODIA01 10 ABR 2024 a las 14:42
it basically adds an item that then reads isoregion data to displays zones but i dont think modded maps use that
Sir Doggy Jvla  [autor] 10 ABR 2024 a las 10:35
@LORDEXODIA01
I have no idea how the original mod handles the map thing and I haven't played the mod enough to see what's to change
LORDEXODIA01 10 ABR 2024 a las 10:32
are you able to alter the original mods use of military maps using isoregion data
and make it use regular map instead
