I found the problem. I didn't install Lots of Traditions + UI Overhaul Dynamic.
it worked.
Did you find the problem? I restarted the game and it still didn't show up after I selected it.

15 point with LoT+UIOD patch
1. Set steam launch options for Stellaris to -screen-width 7380 -screen-height 1440
2. Make sure fullscreen is enabled.
3. (Optional but recommended) enable dx11 for better performance and faster loading with -dx11
4. Set GUI scale to around 1.2
5. Launch the Game via Virtual Desktop, if it doesn't work, you may need to start the game using the executable and not though steam, meaning you need to create a short cut and give it the prior launch command then launch it with Virtual Desktop that way.
Some notes:
The UI may look wacky, especially if you have UI mods, it may crash or be unstable, likely also putting more pressure on your PC, so less FPS.
i have oculus quest 3, soo i use Virutal destkop to simualte 3 screens, that together it makes a big really wide screen of 7380 x 1440. wish i can play stellaris on that crazy resolution, ngl. hahahaha
I have 0 idea how it works to make the textures work with a planet in 3D ngl. its fine dont worry. i going to play my modapck as i wanted to play since 2 days ago, and yesterday i speend soo much of my neurons trying to figure out the traditions thing, i didnt expect that mod to have the traditions number at defines, i also didnt expect a mod that is that up on the list to override a mod that is down.. thank you fr and sry my bad english
