@Xiivait: The mod can be removed at any time, but the characters that have hunger and thirst already enabled, will continue to have to eat and drink. The only way to remove it for these players is via editing your savegame or creating new characters.

@_]|M|[_ my bots don't appear to get the hungry europan needs when stacked with filthy europans enforced in the right order... any idea why?

@Rollye: Sorry for the late reply. If I can get someone to help out with Lua once more, it may be possible, but not sure if or when it will happen.

@DOOLYBOYMAN, @Bravo: You most likely placed DynamicEuropa above Hungry Europans, which then causes the drinks to be overwritten by DE and thus lose the quenching functionality. Make sure Hungry Europans is loaded ABOVE DynamicEuropa.

@_]|M|[_ I figured out a bug, with Hungry Europeans - Enforced, i load it above Hungry Europeans, but as soon i start a Round, the Needs Injection flickering inside of my Hotbar on the last empty Index. Popping up and disappear all the time.
The Extra Needs i tried to inject into myself, also no effect.

Have no idea what could cause that issue.

Mod works, at least for me. Sadly. It forces NPC's to be hungry and thristy as well. (So far i've seen.)

@joyce manor enjoyer: They should eat and drink by themselves if hunger and thirst become critical and start to damage them, however this only works if you're not playing with Neurotrauma or have the NT settings changed so it doesn't disable medical AI behavior.
I'll try and change it so this mod doesn't apply to bots, but this will not affect bots that already have the "Hungry Europan" talent. Only new bots will then not be affected once I got that change implemented.

it just randomly stopped working for me, no afflictions no nothing, the load order is correct but i dont even see any extra talents in the character tab

@Stravinsky: So you're hosting from your PC. Did you make sure to select the lua executable as the server executable in the hosting menu? If you hosted without lua then that was the reason why it did nothing.

well i have resolved it : what i did, i went in the .xml for my player and copied <Talent identifier="he-hungryeuropan" /> in my talent on my char and my friend. it works now xD

Thanks for the timely reply! I figured out last night that new bots don't have hunger, but I was wondering if I could somehow .xml edit a file to remove the trait.
No worries as those bots were exchanged anyway! Looking forward to October's update.

@GAO 酔っている蛸: No, once enabled, all affected Bots and Players will have to deal with hunger and thirst forever as it is done using a talent and talents can't be removed. If you disable the mod, new bots you hire and new characters created by players will not be affected and can play without hunger and thirst.

You can also switch to the "Hungry Europans - Testing Branch" linked at the bottom of the description which already allows bots to feed themselves as long as there is food and drinks available on your submarine. It is compatible with saves made with "Hungry Europans". All content from the Testing Branch will be released onto the normal Hungry Europans sometime in october.

@Mad_Mike: I checked on it and it is indeed because the jobs don't feature a talent file. They don't need to necessarily have talents, but they at least need the talents file to handle any talent.

You may want to inform the mod author to create a TalentTrees.xml and put it into the mod with the following code in it:

That should make the mod compatible with this one.

Currently I'm using ''Jozefs German jobs'' for a WW1 Server, custom soldiers don't get the Hungry Europan trait upon spawn.

@Mad_Mike: That is very weird since it affects the chef job which is also a custom job.
Which job mod in particular doesn't it seem to work with for you so I can check it out?

Problematically, this doesn't seem to work with custom jobs? If you have any ideas of why this is happening I'd love to know, fix or otherwise. I believe it might be related to something about not having talents, but I can't be sure.

@Postmailer: It doesn't cause errors or conflicts if you mean that. However Hungry Europans is not adjusted to prevent robots from eating/drinking and getting hungry/thirsty so if you use this, robots will also become hungry and thirsty. Full compatibility is planned for the future.
