IS there an update fo 3.12?
Thrice 19.1.2024 klo 13.22
Not being able to see what the ambition does can sometimes be fun ;P

@Peter34, the last update was march 14. I think it's best if you subscribe to this comment section and unsubscribe from the mod until the author responds. That's what I do. Or you could try your hand at fixing it yourself.

I'm serious. I can't use this mod, if it sometimes forces me to choose between options where I can't see the consequences.

I've only recently resumed playing, so new to this mod. When the window pops up offering me to accept an Ambition, sometimes the Accept button shows me a tool tip that explains what the Ambition does, but other times there's no tool tip. Please fix that, as it is extremely annoying to be asked to choose a thing when I can't see (in-game) what it does.

Does this mod still work? Trying to clear up my mod list, that's why I'm asking.
Thanks!

Do Hive Minds get these?

In Golden Rule ambition when you hover the mouse over tooltip it says:
Piracy growth+1
Piracy+1
Piracy+100%

(why piracy +1 and then piracy +100% when u can just use single % modifier) I mean let's put 6 more % modifiers on piracy rather than a single one with greater numbers... logic, hello?

Also important it's all coloured in GREEN as if it's something good, but it's not. In the same ambition crime+100% is coloured in red.. And there's only a single modifier on crime..

And also having such a HUGE increase in crime and piracy all over your whole empire for a +10.000 energy storage capacity is ridiculous, cmon. It's underpowered.

Saying some thoughts out loud, that's it.
Good mod anyway, imo just needs some polishing here and there.

What a great collection of mods. The concept and execution is just slick. And to top it all off, you write incredibly well. The style and tone is Paradox quality. Beautiful work!

Updated the description. You'll find what you're looking for here .

And it pretty much pays itself in full, depending on how long it lasts.

What does 'study world' do? It would be good to have these things as unambiguous as I get the 'surprise' of mods but I'm not sure why I'm spending 900 unity to for a minor bonus nor what kind of reward is at the end. Could you maybe just hint at what kind of reward is at the end? Then it makes it easier to know the opportunity/cost of a decision like that...

It's still a great idea of a mod, good for focusing on an aspect of your empire. You could just make an edict that launches an event to end an ambition with a chance of it coming back later.

They are supposed to be permanent. Having them in the SitLog also helps with clarity, as all their effects are listed in there. If possible I might condense them into one Quest Chain and enable some way of abandoning them in the future though.
I'm also unhappy with the frequency of which they appear, they will be updated to be quite a lot rarer with the release of the next batch.
Bloodborn 23.3.2023 klo 16.44
You might want to consider adding the ability to abandon an ambition or to 'complete' them so they get out of your situation log.
Bloodborn 23.3.2023 klo 16.35
Are ambitions meant to 'go away' as soon as you complete them or will they just stay in your situation log?

great stuff

I got all of the "Ultimate ..." modifiers upon finishing the Synthetics tree.

Will the AI use those ambitions?

This sounds like an interesting mod.
