Keep it up dont ever give up this mod is great
However as a improvement for "lore" sake can you make it so that it replaces completley all vanilla cars so they dont stand out and look ugly? and for those who will tell me use "no vanilla cars" it doesnt work 100% some vanilla cars still spawn rarely its annoying.

Love this mod, all it is need is for the longer large vehicles to have fixed interaction squares. (they typically bug out or are in the vehicle model)

And I would really love to see support for "Standardized Vehicle Upgrades" to add armor on the vehicles.

Sorry, I just realized my game now crashes whenever I approach vehicle mods. It was working fine earlier, but suddenly started crashing – not sure if it’s caused by the update.

I'm not sure if this is caused by the B42.7 update, but my game crashes when I approach this mod's vehicles after clearing zombies. Disabling the mod prevents the crashes, but then the area around the vehicles turns completely black. When I used the terrain brush tool to clear it, I realized those black areas were actually corpses:steamsad:

i found a survivor vehicle, pretty close to a full tank of gas in rosewood and headed towards muldraugh. about a minute later it ran out of gas... i was stranded in the middle of the highway because this mod is so unrealistic... completely ruined my play through because the mod's fuel efficiency is completely horrible and you run out of gas in a minute. maybe it was just a glitch, i could be wrong but my god

I really want to like this mod, its got great vehicle models especially the trucks
But the vehicle skins are too much of an eyesore to me, they're too brightly colored and it doesn't use the HSV color but instead a preset skins for the cars with extremely sharp colors.
and also the spawn rates of these cars are insanely high, i got some other car mods running and this mod seem to just replaces them entirely, could barely find the other car mods with this installed
these really ruins the mod for me, otherwise it would be so great to use.

J'ai des tas de maps et des tas de mods, y compris de véhicules, et celui ci me fait crasher direct le jeu, ou demande une trop grande capacité de mémoire.
En lui même, le mod est bon mais actuellement je préfère l'éviter.

Hi! Can’t get my server started with this mod. Any known issues why it happens? Tried to reinstall it, but all still the same, when starting server, it shuts down with normal termination error

I go back and forth between thinking about adding this to my mod list. I'm really just interested in the large vehicles. What's the game engine's issue with large vehicles? Is that why some of them can be towed but can't tow other cars?

You can't remove the rear right tire on some vehicles. even if there is ample space to reach it. It gives you the prompt to but nothing happens when you try doing the action.
Seemingly no errors either.
In particular the 93crownvicp71v2_0 two spawns of the vehicle have the same issue.

Nice mod dude, you did a good job, I like that you added some 4x4 vehicles. Can you add more SUVs like the Grand Cherokee or Wagoneer please?

Strange issue. Have you tried reinstalling the game yet? Look up on Reddit, I've never saw this kind of thing and I'm playing the new update just fine.

@Chronic I now starting to be leave there is a issue with this new update. My game is currently bricked after the last update. I have never seen this issue before and makes no sense. It would have to be hard coded to have two trunks in each car and mod testing most vehicles have 1 trunk but this maybe part of the issues with the new update. Until my game is no longer bricked, I cannot test the mod on the latest patch. Also if you have please can you post on bug section. You make the post 1 solid block of text

@sprya had to be due to the new build. For all modders who wanted their mods to work on both versions had to effectively make to two versions in one mod. The mod is actaully half the size but thanks to changes on how the engine loads files there now needs to be two copies for 1 mod

The vehicles of this mod have two trunks, a larger one and a smaller one. When I try to use the larger one it doesn't work.
Only other car mod I have is "No Vanilla Vehicles".

@SevenNumbers known bug with large trucks in general. Sadly I cannot fix that through vanilla code until the game engine supports vehicles. Noticed that with other large truck mods

Yo your update has pissed off steam update. Our server is now stuck on an infinite update loop because steam doesn't want to give out the files. Other mods are downloading and updating fine only yours is blowing up and steam refuses to release the files,

MOD Update: Been working hard in my IRL job so fixing bugs when I can. Patch Alpha 2.8.34 has now been released to fix some bugs and keep the mod stable. Will continue to work on 1980's update but still a long way off

@FoxTheGrunt Depends on indie stone and change to vehicle physics. At the moment I do not want to put custom code to make things work and then break when a future game update pushes. I want to make vehicles that can carry livestock but its not in the base game and I want to keep the code vanilla to prevent mod compatibility issues with the base game. Once Indie Stone has fleshed out large vehicle physics then the time has come as also want articulated big rigs but the engine doesn't support them at the moment
