The mod also creates event systems that are isolated from the galaxy, some of which were getting removed.
Less funny on this last one though as I had just completed a citadel in the system. And it was my border defense system. Now I'm wide open for attack. AHEM.

For everyone else, this mod works with AI. I just checked. Everything is working fine.
It factors in planets as well.
Don't plan to do anything with enclaves. This mod is simple, and the plan is to keep it simple.
However, how exactly is that aestetic? Aesthetic is looks, and this seems much more than looks
Also, does it include/ factor in colonies that aren't in sectors? I.E. if I colonize a planet, but don't make a sector, it pops up as "frontier sector". Does it count that as an "enclave", or will it now stay?
Finally, just thought of this! What about vanilla "enclaves". They are basicly self-sustaining NPC stations. So, what if, assuming you have a diplomatic contract with them, that can sustain the station, the idea being that they are helping you! Just another thought!
On jump drives, you're probably right, but I'm not going to change it. This is more of an aesthetic thing.
And, what about wormholes? Same thing
Finally, once you have jump drives, shouldn't this no longer happen?
