If anyone knows how to optimize this map even further, message me! I'll let you download it, fix it, then upload it yourself. You'll get the credit for it! Just please let me be credited a little bit. On the bottom. Anywhere...

Horrible art direction, it's like the author wanted to put as many colorful textures as possible.
Optimization is horrid, map maker probably new to hammer.
There's too many things to talk about on how bad it is.
Also, to fix the bushes just go here http://css.gamebanana.com/threads/187000 . It will show you how to edit the file to make the bushes work correctly with lighting. All you have to do is pack it into the bsp afterwards.

1. I think you're either talking about the pool table or the boxes. I'm thinking it's the pool table. I'll double check that.
2. That will be in an update, with a few more teleports!
3. I agree. Some of the textures need some revamping.
4. Not too sure what I could do about that. I used the stock flower props. I could maybe try to play with the lighting?
5. Looking back on it, I agree. I should have put it where it disapears when you're far away from it. To be honest, I'll probablly just take it out in the update.
There is another thing I need to update on this map pretty quick. So expect an update with a few fixes here within a day or two.

1. What is the texture for the item in the basement of the house where the construction building used to be? In the middle of the room I just see a big error sign.
2. It would be nice if the traitors room had a teleporter to the farm area just so they can have a quicker way to get there.
3. In some rooms the textures have overly bright colors that clash with the overall dark theme of the map.
4. The flower bushes seem way too bright compared to the rest of the environment with the exception of the flower bushes at the farm becuase they are useful for attracting people to the teleporting hole.
5. In the hallway that leads from the farm to the main street you put a message on the wall that talks about the creation of the map that is just an eye sore. It wouldn't be as bad if you used a transparent background instead.

Not a huge fan of the cctv in the secret room where you can see into the T room, that's slightly annoying but overall it's a nice map.
Many low power PC's can't handle the mainstreet area for some reason. I have an idea of why, and I'm still working on that. I hope to have the update here quickly.
As far as the farm, I do have some plans for that area.
