@Shadow1474 I don't experience that issue. Are you sure you have Silfae's original mod installed and active? It contains the relevant localisation.

Just a small bug, but while doing empire creation, in Name & Class, their Starting Solar System appears as "horrorworm_system_NAME". https://i.imgur.com/7eQzPYA.jpg

I forgot that my game starts in german on reinstal. Whops. Though i do have both mods and tried reordering them around to no avail.

But then I´ll be on the Modding Den so this doesnt bother to much on steam :lunar2020ratinablanket:

@Ozzy are you playing in a language other than English? The mod only includes English localisation. If you'd like to translate it into your language, I'll give you credit. The big "Stellaris Modding Den" graphic links to my Discord channel there - we can talk more there.

The Eltryrad ships are still present - in fact, 2 flavors - one with Molluscoid ships as the fallback, and one with Necroid ships as the fallback.

Do you have Silfae's original moid also installed and active? It is required for this one to work.

I´m unsure if it was mentione dbefore or If I´m missing a detail but when i try to generate a name it always ends up like "NAME_horrorworm_system_star_1".
Same with basically anything else where i can randomise a name.
Also it seems i don´t have the dimentional horrors as ships unless they got removed :lunar2020ratinablanket:
Do others also have that problem??

Thanks for continuing to update these races!

For anyone using this race that wants a fitting (in my opinion) shipset to go with them, I suggest getting the Scrin shipset mod:

Thank you for the quick answer. I downloaded both the revisited and the original, I didn't rename them so they should be automatically in the correct order.
I did download all the other revisited and - i think - also the corresponding originals. If no one conflicts in trying to add the same shipset by design, I should be ok.
I did download Downscaled Ships, which basically just makes ships tinier. I don't know if that might cause issues.
Thanks for the heads-ups though, I'll try deactivating them one by one, see where the problem is, and come back detailing the solution if I find it.

@Soulforged do you have the original mod from Silfae installed and active?

Also, do you have other mods which might be attempting to add the same shipset?

If that doesn't solve your issue, tryin unsubscribing and resubscribing to convinces Steam to download all of the files.

I am playing as the Hollows. I have no idea why, but all the Hollow ships besides the juggernaught appear as little boxes with colored sides instead of loading the proper meshes/textures.
Any idea what I'm doing wrong?

@LoliMechSlime due to how city graphics work, I had to allow both culture choices - you'll see two fleet options, but only one cityset and species class.

@LoloMechSlime that is a good suggestion, although then this mod would _also_ require the Necroid Species Pack to be playable. I could make multiple versions of the Hollow (similar to how PDX has multiple humans) and have only one show, depending on whether the Necroids DLC is active. I've added that to my long-term list.

@Negativac The original mod did not have specific titan, juggernaut, or colossus replacements. I did not add any. I don't think there are other prethoryn bodies that would be suitable as replacements either.

@Cronyx click and drag on your mod playlist. Be default, though, this mod ensures the load order is correct as long as neither of the two required mods change their names.

might wanna change the Astral Horror trait a bit, +1% on anything is completely non-impactful and the +40% Pop growth is OP as all hell. If it's meant to be OP nvm then though. Maybe add a second trait called Astral Horror lite where its a bit diff.

The only changes recently were very minor. One update about 2 weeks ago, and one yesterday.

The pre-scripted empire requires Apocalypse now, but I doubt that's related to the crashing. I also added regnal second names to the namelist (so it won't glitch out for Imperial authorities) and fixed an iffy portrait selector. The biggest change was refactoring some code for setting up new games with the custom system initializer but I tested that extensively before uploading.

Are you subscribed to both of the required mods? Are they both enabled to load before this one? If so, can you try loading a game with only those 3 mods active? If not, get the dependencies. This mod will crash without Silfae's original active.

I should also note that this change is probably rather recent. I have been running this mod for a while and believe I created several empires a while back while it was active, so it may have been something you have recently changed about the mod.

Whenever I try to enter the "Ship Appearance" tab in the empire creator, by any means, while this mod is active, it crashes my game. I suspect it has something to do with your ship models, since everything else about the mod is fine. I don't know why the crash happens, just that it does. When the crash happens I don't see any error message other than the "fill out a crash report" pop-up window. I don't really know how I can be more specific, unless there's some way to find out why the crash is happening. I'm not experienced with that sort of stuff.

This mod is broken for me. After extensive testing (over an hour of straight troubleshooting) I've determined that this mod causes the game to CRASH whenever you try and open the ship appearance menu in the empire creator/editor. This happens every time you try and do this with the mod active. Its not a mod incompatibility issue as I tested the mod in a solo list to confirm. While this doesn't really make the game unplayable, it just makes it impossible to use the mod's shipset for anything or choose/edit other empire's shipsets while active. I would greatly appreciate it if this issue could be fixed soon.

Did they originally use the large Prethoryn station? The way outposts upgrade has changed and I decided to leave it alone for now in the interest of not needing to handle all the various upgradable sections.
