Passives are fine.
Level 10: A Thousand Cuts and Skull Splitter give their benefits without requiring both hands have the same weapon type. So you only need to have the respective single or 2h weapon in one slot to get the benefit. Hack and Slash keeps the +5% crit chance but also gains 1% crit chance up to 10% for each enemy killed. All stacks drop after not killing an enemy for 3 seconds.
Level 20: High Tally gets 2 more stacks of trophy hunter instead of 1. Other talents are fine.
Level 25: Barge needs a dodge distance buff (+10%)
Level 30: Dawi Drop should get a lasting damage bonus after landing (maybe +30% power for 3-5 seconds after dropping.

As an addition. I would love to see either a buff to the cleave of throwing axes or a nerf to the cleave of javelins.
