Polaris, if you're thinking of fixing the mod, you should let me give you my spy orb 3 starbase files so the news enclave can have an appropriate home

Thanks for thinking about resurrecting this mod. This is one Enclave that definitely doesn't have your best interests at heart, but does have space in it's black site.

The mod must be installed at game start in order to properly generate the star systems containing the platforms.

You know, it would be hilarious if this mod had the Alerts pop up in News broadcast format like the videos, but animated portraits with the flavor text describing the event, like how Gal Civ 2 did with the robot newscaster.

@MaulMachine With this mod, as long as both SpeedDial and it are present anywhere in your load order, there shouldn't be any impact - no files from either mod are overwritten by each other; they interact via events, which can only occur in-game, at which point in time you will already have both mods loaded fully anyways.

Now with support built-in for @MacAwesome's SpeedDial mod ; as long as both mods are present, a button will show allowing you to easily contact the Xenonion News enclave on the fly.

Sry on a new game it works now. probably bugged with another mod. I canot contact them trough the first conact protokoll with the envoy but bugget because other easons. sry for bothering. is there a command to force contact?

@Herr Maledictus Made Can you be more specific? As far as I am aware, assuming that you are using the correct load order, it should continue to work - and regardless, as long as the first contact itself is completed, you should be able to contact them via the contacts menu.

How far along is the localization? Is the "ne_xno.100***" the way it's currently is or did I mess up the loadorder somewhere?

I've been playing with UIOD myself, although I also have the New Enclaves patch for it alongside this. Unfortunately, as I am running my testing version of the mod, I can't reproduce the crashes you are having

I actually also was having a CTD alongside my friend I was doing modded multiplayer with whenever we, presumably, discovered this enclave and the first communications screen opened. We then disabled the mod and loaded back in and the discovery thing worked as normal

Quite a lot, to be honest :) It's perplexing, though, as I don't see any conflict in Irony Mod Manager that would cause it. My error log also does not help. It appears as if there could be some incompatibility between this mod and something that touches the UI (like Ui Overhaul Dynamic), as it only crashes upon displaying the diplomacy page.
