I noticed small differences like :
<populationIntentFactorFromPopCurve>
<points>

<li>1, 2.0</li>
<li>4, 1.0</li>
<li>6, 0.35</li>
<li>24, 0.0</li>
<li>30,-1.0</li>
</points>

What does it mean?
Does the same apply for maynard and diego storytellers and their respective expanded faction mods?
Being that the issue, is there compatibility with any mod that sorts the tech screen? cause the default one sucks :)
THAT would be mind-blowing.
I'd really like to use this mod to limit tech, but still keep those factions.
