Can we have one way versions with the bike lane on the outter edge so we can merge them into this round about with a split exit/entrance? Not having such we are stuck with just this.
I even use these outside roundabouts.
Beautiful work. Would you consider a similar road with tramway lane ?
Also whats the road version that you are using branching off from the roundabout?

In your case, I would firstly make the ramp approach at a sharp angle, maybe by making the roundabout a perfect circle, probably use a two-lane ramp to widen the protective islands and use Node Controller to set the Corner Offset to a value that matches your needs.

Consider adding a Min Corner Offset of maybe 8 to the inner road. That doesn't affect connections with the approach road, but really helps out for connections to smaller ones.
