hi, is there any way to add Viper ammo and Inferno ammo from flame viper - wotch?
aaandd, Black ICE Rounds from Black ICE Codex - wotc?

I fiddled with it, but no matter what I tried, I couldn't add Viper and Inferno ammos.

@zion6 LW does have -some- of the Cut Content Ammo, but Cut Content has changes applied to the overlapping ammo. The added ammo (as far as I can tell) is the AcidRounds and RiotRounds as unique to it.

This mod still displays Templar's gauntlet's as permanently having no ammo. A really nice QOL mod otherwise.

"Cut Content Ammo" is a mod separate to LWotC, click the link Rusty added. If you use Rusty's values you need to replace the existing ones with his.

I see your current config in the discussion area, excuse my ignorance but I have a question-is the "Cut Content Ammo" part the same as the LWOTC ammos?
If I wanted to use your config (which I do) do I simply cut and paste it in the "Xcomdata.ini area below the base config?
I have a more detailed question in the "discussion" area-it would not allow me to post here....

Would it be possible to make this mod work with the Ammo Roulette perk ? Sadly we still need to hover over the weapon to see what type of ammo has been loaded on soldiers with this perk.

The ammo template names introduced in LWotC are;
StilettoRounds
FlechetteRounds
RedScreenRounds
NeedleRounds
FalconRounds

Falcon Rounds are localised to "Shredder Rounds" ... :)

Do you know, if LWoTC implements Shredder rounds as an ammo type that can be configured via this mod? I only found Shredder_Rounds_Ability X2AbilityTemplate definition and so my guess is that it is not compatible.

Thanks and congratulations. I'm running 161 mods and I am very careful about what I add. So far, everything is going well, even if I have sometimes encountered infinite loading screens.
I was in fact curious to compare my list with yours. I guess we will do that one day, when we both feel confortable running "public". I am also not willing to release my list until I'm fairly certain it would support Ironman campaigns.
And I agree, it is indeed of topic for this mod page. Apologies to E3245 for invading unnecessarily his space....

@Jestimac it's off topic for this mods page.. but I'm currently running 256 mods in my campaign, with minimal ini edits to get them working... I have a personal collection that is not public yet, but once I've played a few campaigns and stop 'adding' stuffs, I'll open it up :)

250 is still light btw... I've seen lists of 300+.. and crazy 800+...

It's all about what you want, what you include and what you make work together. What you're willing to accept as conflict issues and working around.

Hello. Is it really possible for 250+ mods to work together ? I'm quite selective when choosing mods because I'm afraid about loading times....
Did you publish a collection for us to get a look ?A collection of 250 + stable mods is definitely something worth knowing...

I seem to have the very same issue. The colored tier mod operates nicely but the ammo bar remains white.

I seem to have the same issue as Alexandr below ... can't get this mod to work at the same time as the Coloured Weapon Tiers mod.. it doesn't seem to matter on load orders or subbed dates. No conflicts reported in the AML and nothing of note in the log files. Coloured Weapon Tiers wins out each time giving no coloured ammo (but it does recolour the weapon pop-up name with the correct tier colour) ??

I'm using a 'stable' host of some 250+ mods, the only other thing I can think of that might touch TacticalUI was the TacticalUI Kill Counter mod, but that mod seems to be functioning as intended.

simple but effective ... useful? more or less, because when we go to a mission, we have already loaded his ammunition ... and there is no possibility of changing later. That would be a great idea for future mod, being able to change ammunition according to the turn.
that was in xcom 1 you changed weapons.
and he does it in phoenix point.

that yes, great mod, because aesthetically it gives that elegant touch to the screen .. the xcom 1 had it with retexture mods, because everything blue already tired me .. congratulations, I download it now: D

Ironically, it seems like the your other new mod for the Colored Weapon Tiers mod is the conflictor here, at least on my installation. VERY strange.

As is hilarious given we spent like 20 minutes dissecting why the LWotC lasers and coilguns weren't working with your other new mod, haha, this wasn't working for me with my initial modlist. I'm currently running through each mod to see which one was causing it to not function, which I will report here.

Nice. Now I just need to figure out how to get anything besides Bluescreen and Venom rounds... (Not your bug. Bug in some other mod I have installed: Experimental ammo only produces Venom rounds.)

@Emcee Lucas I use a few different custom ammo types too so I poked through the files. Each ammo has a line exposed in this mod's XCOMGameData. For example:

+AmmoTemplateColor=(AmmoTemplateName=BluescreenRounds , HexColor="006BBD")

Should be simple enough to look up different hex colors and add in lines for other ammo.

Great idea, though I'm afraid I'm too saddled with ammo mods to make it work right. If there were a way to tweak the ini to use new hex colors for modded ammo, then it would be easy to do the work to add them.

Maybe I'll give it a try anyway though!
