Hello @agasabellaba! Yes, it is up-to-date to Plazas and Promenades, I have play tested it and experienced no issues with it. Building and road assets such as this workshop item generally don't suffer from main game updates as much as code altering mods.

Is this mod compatible with Plaza and Promenades DLC?

@steven.broussos - CIMs use "pocket cars" so what would be the point?
steven.broussos 10. feb. 2022 kl. 20:58
So you have car ferries?

Hi, thanks for your work. Is it possible to create a one-way ferry path that uses the right lane and not the middle? Would look better at transitions between one and two way.

@Cpt.Roberto Ty for letting me know. I would say there is still a small handful of broken or dead mods in the collection unfortunately, so I will give those a try soon!

Hello @Killo! Thanks for letting me know! That is an interesting question, that I'm not quite sure I can answer. I mostly aim to create very vanilla style cities, and don't try to modify the function too much. Beside the very basics that many youtubers/city builders mention like Traffic Manager, Node Controller, Road and Prop anarchy, RICO etc, some mod that I do recommend is "Profitable tourism" by Zenya, which just makes tourism and taxi income more realistic and worthwile instead of being a money sinkhole. Elevated Stops Enabler, Optimized Outside Connection, No Abandonment and No Industries Import are also good mods

I'm posting a link to a collection I made that will contain this mod. I am currently working on an updated and compatible list of every mod that you would need for a "modern" cities build. Help me out? love your work btw

Thanks, Ciar Aon! @Cpt.Roberto-just to keep my organization the way I want it. I don't like having a lot of clutter assets.
Madisonian 18. maj 2021 kl. 8:12
@Emirico4Rl you can subscribe and then just delete the other 3 items that you don't want from the workshop folder.

Hello @t1a2l! I just checked and the one way ferry path does have buoys. Do you have the "Hide It!" mod or something else installed that might cause of them not appearing?

Hy @Emiricol4Rl. May I ask why you would like to have that piece seperately? I don't see any significant performance boost you would get from it, seeing that if you use the "Loading Screen" mod it already reduces the ram usage, since they both use the same texture.
Emiricol4Rl 17. maj 2021 kl. 1:26
Any chance of getting #3 published as a separate asset?

@Cpt.Roberto - Hey, why the one way ferry don't have bowies? can you add them to the network?
codewitch 27. nov. 2020 kl. 5:08
The game is running normally with no elevated privileges but it is not a perfect sandbox, nor is the game, nor are actual programs designed to be sandboxes or virtualized.
codewitch 27. nov. 2020 kl. 5:07
It can run executable code, therefore it can contain malicious code.

As for an attack vector... Expert Opinion: extremely unlikely.
Evil Dave of Canada 27. juli 2019 kl. 22:29
Ahhhh. I'm new to the game and where as most creators release single asset at a time and multiple assets in collections, I thought there was a third method that could compress so to speak multiple assets in to one single file where the gamer could not check that they are only getting the items they selected for downloading(subscribing).
Cpt.Roberto  [ophavsmand] 27. juli 2019 kl. 16:21
@EvilDaveofCanade.
Not as far as I know. The download contains 4 assets = 4 individual files. The game reads each file and turns them into game objects. That's the standard way the game works. there is no unpacking/file generating going on in my case (tho there are mods that do have the abilty to do that)

As for "could any file uploaded to the workshop contain any malicious code?", only Valve or Paradox Entertainment could answer that. Nobody really knows most people are guessing:

I think there are countermeasures to detect and prevent such thing from happening. But even if it would be possible to upload a code like that, according to my knowladge it wouldn't affect the computer. You can't create a code that will run outside of the game's code, and the game has limitation's put on it by the system which can't be altered from inside.
Evil Dave of Canada 27. juli 2019 kl. 15:13
So if understand you correctly, this a single file that when enabled in the Game's Content Manager will create at that time the different assets stored in the file.
My next question is: Could a malicious file be stored inside such a file structure and when it gets created upon activation in the Game's Content Manager the malicious file could be putting their game and even their PC at risk?
Cpt.Roberto  [ophavsmand] 26. juli 2019 kl. 16:20
@Evil Dave of Canada
It's in the description, it's a pack of assets. Nothing more nothing less. 2 network, 2 ferry stations.
Given the mixed type of the assets, it might make sense to put it into the "Mod" category, but since it doesn't modify any game code, I think it's okay if it just stays in "Transport Ship"
Also I don't think you can change a workshop item's catergory anyway.
Evil Dave of Canada 26. juli 2019 kl. 14:46
So is this a Mod or just a pack of assets. If it is a Mod, you have it under the wrong category.

i wanted one-way ferry paths since the dlc released, thank you so much!
