Ghost nodes are when there is a missing reference between segment and node, e.g.: node has an Id of segment but that segment has either other ID of node or ID 0 (no reference). It's very rare situation, usually happens if you use mods that broke the simulation data by accident. AFAIK there is none right now.
Broken node is a node of a pedestrian/bike path that for some weird reason needs to be updated after update, nearby netwoks are also marked as updated which effectively creates an infinite loop of node updates. This mod can find that node, and usually moving it a little solves the problem, alternatively you can remove it and build that part of the path again.
it get 2 type of road , 1 is on ground another is elevated, the elevated i used highway to connect
idk if it cause the problem , but the police car , garbage truck can access there at least on ground,
