Hi, might I suggest an advanced Destroyer Stern that has, say, 1 guided and (at least) 1 point defense. Call it 'Missile Duelist' or something. Plop one of those sterns in, put the rapid response bow, and you have a super-long-range Destroyer that works really well in high numbers. Send a bunch of long range anti-ship missiles to soften them up, then torpedo bombers follow up to finish the job! Vulnerable to them having enough PD to soak it, being outranged by more traditional heavy weapons, or fast, rapidly closing brawlers that can just blow relatively fragile destroyers out of the sky... Note: I did suggest this over at NSC2 as well!

Hello Dominator, your Assembly mods "in the war" I am extremely interested in. I've been interested in modding in Stellaris for a long time, but I only started doing it fully in the last month. By myself, I only learn the basics of modding, but I have already analyzed some of your mods by updating the Planetary Guns. Can I take some of the ideas/code from your modpack to bring your ideas back to life in 2.8, combining them with my idea of Stellaris of the future. Sorry for my English I am not know in very well. Can I try publishing them again?

Oof. Actually, the ship sections appear to be bupkis - none of the added ship sections have any offensive slots at all. This may need a little more work than anticipated. I can put out an update if you have neither the time nor inclination.

You've got to unsub, then boot the game up to the start menu, close out the game, then re-sup the mod. This clears the old mod and allows the updated mod to load.

I just did a playthrough and didn't see any of these techs show up. It's possible the techs just didn't show up due to RNG but I'd put it to not being 2.5 compatible (or at the very least a mod conflict).
