@R+5 -- I also prefer an 'easy going' management style because I mostly enjoy detailing my cities, but there's some things you need to know.

The functionality of police and firefighting helicopters comes with the Natural Disasters DLC, so without that DLC no helicopters will work anyway.

I use the ND DLC in combination with the Natural Disasters Renewal mod, so I can control which disasters occur and at the frequency and intensity I choose.

can this be used without disasters dlc to include firefighting helicopters? i want to try the parks dlc, but dont want to buy the disasters dlc right now (maybe sometime, but i dont find it very attractive; i like more the "easy going" management style of the standard version).

so any update on when is prop for this coming out?

Then you could use a army livery (EC635) as army helicopters are usually also used for fire fighting operations

@Delta These are nice firefighting images, but all of them are police liveries. I guess I just didn't find one in a fire department livery.

@Vergiss.. But the truth is, no one uses them in real life. There is no H145 for firefighting purposes. I'm not making one if none exists in real life.

@Vergiss... No one uses the H145 as far as I know for firefighting. There is an AS332 Super Puma that is in consideration for that purpose.
