Hello, just downloaded these when i saw them in City Planner Plays's clearwater county series. They look great.
Sadly, for me, almost all of them don't work. Long story short, I get the same error code as some other people here, except they actually break.

Hey how do you even go about doing this? I wanna do something similar for the forestry industry because those are super unrealistic. Grinds my gears as a forestry major lol

Hello,
Is it possible to get rice/turnip/green pepper/red pepper/watermelon/melon field ?
mjm92150 2 Apr, 2020 @ 5:48pm
Hello,
@datstank : I already tried just few minutes ago and there is no problem with them.
datstank 2 Apr, 2020 @ 8:30am
Does this work with sunset harbour ?

Thank you for these assets. They are helping me make some really beautiful rural scenes, and I'm just beginning to explore the creative possibilities.

@CC Johnson I don't know lol. I will need to do that one, plus a rapeseed. And I still need to do smaller versions of the young wheat one (only in XL sizes right now).
CC Johnson 20 May, 2019 @ 3:38am
Shame. Ah, well. Looking forward for when you get around to it. btw, why no corn in XL?
Maximilian  [author] 19 May, 2019 @ 7:03pm
@CC Johnson I do have some with buildings, but I hid them right now as I really want to update them first - or redesign them. I've looked at doing larger vanilla fields but I can't find a good way to do it yet.
CC Johnson 19 May, 2019 @ 8:25am
While most of these look so much nicer then the vanilla ones, and I do like the ability to place field without buildings, I really do like the occasional one with it. Sadly, these dont include ones. Any chance to add that? Also, since I am sticking with the (ugly) vanilla fields for that reason, any possibility to get XXL fields with vanilla crops? Thanks, and really good work so far!

@mjm92150, Nero
You can ignore that message. I'm not sure why you are getting it at all as I was not. Does it pop up as a message when you load a game? Do you just see it listed when you use the loading screen mod?
mjm92150 21 Apr, 2019 @ 12:50am
Hello,

I have the same error as @Nero.

Thanks for updating them.

This is for when I only sub for the updated ones.

I'm getting Asset Broken error stating multiple copies when I sub to the whole collection. Should I just pick a few? I'm not sure which ones conflict with the others.
PixelBimbo 18 Apr, 2019 @ 8:26am
Can't wait for the lavender fields! Super excited to use them in a Southern France build I'm planning :)
NanoGrrl 8 Mar, 2019 @ 2:56pm
Yay! More farm variety!!
MrMiyagi 8 Mar, 2019 @ 6:47am
Yup! Coming soon in Industries Building format!
Maximilian  [author] 7 Mar, 2019 @ 3:00pm
@landandskygirl I think he is going to release the poppy and lavender that he made as Industries versions.
Amayasnep 7 Mar, 2019 @ 12:31pm
Psst! Consider making some poppy field assets like MrMiyagi did. Love your hard work.
Maximilian  [author] 19 Feb, 2019 @ 5:49pm
@MrMiyagi, I would LOVE to do that! It would make so many people happy (including myself). It will definitely be time consuming but I'll give it a shot.
MrMiyagi 19 Feb, 2019 @ 1:20pm
Hi Maximilian. Long ago I made my own copies of DeCzaah's fields that do not disappear at a distance. I got permission from him to publish these (they will be in my maps, and are decorative only). I managed to do this by dumping the model and textures, reimporting and converting them from their original category of prop to the same category as the newer vanilla large rocks. Like Avanya's cliff faces. They are flexible with the terrain, and the most important thing is that we don't have to use a mod to see them. It would be a crazy amount of work for you to do all that I've already done, so I thought I would offer you the models and show how to convert them to your IndustriesDLC items. It might be tricky since they are already published, but if you want to try....
Maximilian  [author] 18 Jan, 2019 @ 6:19am
@mj_designs1 Oh! They are not visually different. They are different in the way they can be placed and they fact they have no workers (for all the dummy ones). Basically they are for those who want to make bigger farms. The last one is a large vanilla field that doesn't have the buildings.
mj_designs1 17 Jan, 2019 @ 1:45pm
@Maximilian so the once in those last 4 packs are different from the rest of the list. you have 4 packs, 3 of the packs are named vanilla and 1 is large dummy field pack. are those different. this is what im trying to ask you.
Maximilian  [author] 14 Jan, 2019 @ 6:46pm
@mj_designs1 Which separate farms are you referring to? The ones with the buildings? It's because I thought to make them after I had the blank fields done as something extra for people that might want them.
mj_designs1 14 Jan, 2019 @ 4:02pm
@Maximilian, i'm a bit confused now. why did you make farms separately since you already have them in packs. is it because the separate packs have 3 different sizes of fields.
Maximilian  [author] 16 Nov, 2018 @ 7:15pm
@landandskygirl The problem with the poppies is that they are set to random colors. Which means even if I get them to be all one color in the editor, when you go to place it, they might all be different (well, from the 4 color choices). I may be able to do something with modtools, but not sure.
Amayasnep 16 Nov, 2018 @ 10:22am
Consider making a poppy field with the poppy flower props from farm field pack.

Maximilian  [author] 13 Nov, 2018 @ 5:07am
@skalben That's good to hear. No there isn't, it affects all props or none. And yes and no - I could put a different surface under some fields but then I'd have to reupload everything and I've already done that a couple times and would rather not do it again (and it would really only be brown or green).
Alternatively, you can use the vanilla fields that won't disappear when you zoom out. They are the same as the default vanilla fields minus the buildings - so you can create large farm areas. I know they don't look as good as DeCzaah's props, but that's really the only alternative right now.
skallben 12 Nov, 2018 @ 10:50pm
Maximilian, everything appeared correctly in next games i played so all seems fine.

Another thing though, is there any way to work around the disappearing fields without changing the values for all props as its rather taxing?
Ive worked with surface painter to put a base color under the fiields for this purpose. Is there a way to implement something like that in the mod possibly?
Quboid 11 Nov, 2018 @ 3:52pm
I have released that mod I mentioned, Rebalanced Industries - as you can see from the first screenshot, I've made good use of your assets! https://sp.zhabite.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=1562650024&searchtext=
Maximilian  [author] 6 Nov, 2018 @ 8:15am
@Laedir Thanks. I have more of these fields I want to do first, but may look into it.
Laedir 3 Nov, 2018 @ 8:21pm
this is reeeaaally amazing, awesome job congrats, could you please do something similar for a vineyard or lavender fields??
Maximilian  [author] 3 Nov, 2018 @ 2:58am
@skallben Are you sure you are subscribed to the version with the buildings and have it enabled in game? I don't have a problem in my game. It should appear in the menu as "Wheat Ripe Large 2" in the drop down menu.
skallben 3 Nov, 2018 @ 2:39am
Got issues with Wheat Ripe, when I place the version with buildings it just appears a field. And I did get the Rapeseed version to work. It just seems like there is a field version missing in my game.
Maximilian  [author] 2 Nov, 2018 @ 6:10am
@Ozwegin Glad you like it.
@Quboid Lol! A mod like that will be really good for those who just use vanilla assets.
@Akai Ryu Did you try the settings I listed in the description? If you look at the linked screenshot, you can still see the cotton fields while zoomed out (it is the brown one).
Akai Ryu 2 Nov, 2018 @ 2:26am
The cotton fields disappear when zooming out even with the Adaptive Prop Visibility Mod
Quboid 1 Nov, 2018 @ 11:35pm
I've been experimenting with modding industry traffic and I couldn't for the life of me work out why my changes were suddenly 4 times as effective :)

If this mod works out, I'll be sure to add exceptions for your fields so they don't get double-nerfed.
OZ 1 Nov, 2018 @ 11:10pm
awesome mate bit more realistic now
Maximilian  [author] 29 Oct, 2018 @ 4:57am
You're welcome. More will be coming :)

Very nice Work! Thx for Sharing!:steamhappy:
Maximilian  [author] 28 Oct, 2018 @ 7:09pm
You can use Adaptive Prop Visibility Distance to help with that. The settings I use are 146, 251, .05, 11000. You can see them pretty far away. Picture [i.imgur.com]
ptetbinkoui 28 Oct, 2018 @ 5:32pm
very pretty but disappears as soon as the view is far
