well Ive researched all Dreadnought Tech but still it appears 3 spaces at the end will not fill nor any select able items are shown for those slots

Last I knew, NSC added some required components, which I included in this. If that is still the case, filling them should work. Unless NSC doesn't actually provide components for those slots, which would be strange.

Ive got the same problem as Zebase where in three empty slots which results in the SHIPDESIGNER_SAVEFAIL_WRONG_REQUIRED_COMPONENTS error, any advice on how to fix that< I am using NSC 3

Update: Tested and confirmed mod will (mostly) work if installed late. This line:

"Currently, you get the tech to be able to build it by destroying the Dreadnought, and scrapping it. (You study the remains as you destroy them)"

...does not happen, but the tech did randomly appear as an option, I was able to research it and unlock all the functions of the mod. That said, this mod is trying to do WAY more than just make a buildable vanilla Dreadnought...and while that's interesting I'd love there to just be a "lite" version of the mod that ONLY does that, a vanilla Dreadnought. Something to consider maybe @James Fire. Thank you for your contribution to the modding community though!

Many updates ago I made my own mod for the dreadnaught (and other event ships), but I never finished it. I did make an icon for its tech if you're interested in using it.

Any one know of any mods that break this mod so dreadnought cores not working on the base automated dreadnought? None of the other mods I use touch the automated dreadnought so not idea what could be conflicting.

Work okay on it's own expect the auras slot doesn't show, just a empty slot where nothing goes but think that a issues with the mod code itself since there are 3 special slots in the file ahead of the aura slot so doesn't allow it to show in the ship designer menu.

I have a weird bug with this mod where I can not build the dreadnaught due to their being 3 empty component slots between the core and presence modules. I am not sure on what is causing that and figured I could come here and ask if this is a known issue or something going on in my end.

I'm having the same issue as some others with the dreadnought not being in the fleet designer. Is there a fix for this or a command to get around it? I've already researched the technology but it just isn't in the designer

So Ive got the same issue other people have faced. I cant get the dreadnought to show up in my fleet designer. It's just not on the list. Yamato, Battlecruiser and Executor are there but Dreadnought is missing.

I've also tried all console commands I can think of.
research_technology tech_buildable_dreadnought
research_technology tech_artillery_dreadnought
research_all_technology

None of it works. I get the 2 message prompts asking me to pick between the 4 ship designs and then pick Dreadnought Hull but then nothing afterwards.

It is a new ship size. They are not, and have never been, under the Titan.

I solved it by not only console commanding research_technology tech_buildable_dreadnought but also research_technology tech_artillery_dreadnought. The latter tech (and presumably, its carrier counterpart) apparently grants you access to the other two sections of the dreadnought.

Do you mind saying how you got it to work? I have the same problem. At first, it wasn't showing up at all in ship editor despite me researching the tech. Then I tried : research_technology tech_buildable_dreadnought in console, and I got the dreadnought, but the first section is empty.

So, I ran into a bit of an issue. I finally got the automated dreadnought ship option to appear in my ship designer, but I only have the option to select the Dreadnought Mid-section. I can't select any of the other sections for ship. Help me please! :(
