*sigh* So the developers broke this mod, it seems. I'm sorry that I can't fix it.

It has worked fine for me until now, but I was starting a first new save after the P&P update, and now it's not unlocking anymore.

You act of selecting from the drop-down should unlock the milestone. Since it isn't working for you, the most obvious causes would be:
1) the base game has been changed in such a way that this mod no longer works (but, no one else has yet reported the mod not working);
2) you have another mod which interferes with this mod.

And something similar happened to me in the past, when Industries came out. I had to format my hard drive to fix everything.

When I play this game, I have to use the pre-Green Cities version of the game. After GC, the game would always lock-up; I eventually figured out (that at least part of) that was due to some (older, but really beautiful) residential assets which I refuse to play without.

Recently, I thought I'd try to (spend hundreds of hours to) identify just which are the problem and see if I could run them through the Asset Editor to fix them. But, it turns out that the newest version of the game causes my PC to become unbootable. It appears to mess up theharddrive's boot sector.

Unless the game designers change some internal commands or exposed variables, I don't think this mod will be broken. I hope you get good use of it.

Hey, I know you're not playing anymore. But could this mod be easily broken?
It's just that I don't like the other mod because of its performance issues and this one seems to be working really well.

I would not recommend anyone to pick up the above recommended "Extended Game Options", as it is very taxing on your system and will cause your game to have lower fps, but also slowing down the simulation speed. This is noticable from the very beginning of a new map, but gradually gets worse as your city grows.

You activate it like any other mod: you subscribe to it in Steam; then, after it has been downloaded, you activate it in the game's Content Manager/Assets/Mods panel.

I see in the comments that "Joe Cool' also didn't see the mod in-game. I don't know if/how that resolved for him.

If Steam shows you as subscribed to it and yet you don't see it in the game's Content Manager, that is strange?

Are you playing in "online" or "offline" mode? I ask because with a recent update, I noticed that in "offline" mode, none of the mods to which I was subscribed were visible in Content Manager (or in-game).

As a final resort, have you tried to unsub and resub to the mod?

Nope.. no dropdown box... it's not listed under mod settings at all.

I'm at a loss. :(

I can't get this mod or Zenya's Extended Game Options mod to work... Tried everything, even unsubbed from all mods but this one, still nothing.

I know that you have indicated the other Extended game options mod but I have found issues with that one, noted on the authors page. There are also a big performance hit with it as well.
