You act of selecting from the drop-down should unlock the milestone. Since it isn't working for you, the most obvious causes would be:
1) the base game has been changed in such a way that this mod no longer works (but, no one else has yet reported the mod not working);
2) you have another mod which interferes with this mod.
I'm sorry I can't be more help.
It's just that now this is a most have for me haahah
And something similar happened to me in the past, when Industries came out. I had to format my hard drive to fix everything.
Recently, I thought I'd try to (spend hundreds of hours to) identify just which are the problem and see if I could run them through the Asset Editor to fix them. But, it turns out that the newest version of the game causes my PC to become unbootable. It appears to mess up theharddrive's boot sector.
It's just that I don't like the other mod because of its performance issues and this one seems to be working really well.
I see in the comments that "Joe Cool' also didn't see the mod in-game. I don't know if/how that resolved for him.
Are you playing in "online" or "offline" mode? I ask because with a recent update, I noticed that in "offline" mode, none of the mods to which I was subscribed were visible in Content Manager (or in-game).
As a final resort, have you tried to unsub and resub to the mod?
I'm at a loss. :(
Was the dropdown box not there on the game's Options page?
There is also a thread....

about performance issues when using that and other mods.
I was surprised when I removed the Extended Game Option mod how much of a performance difference there was, not realising its impact.
Good work with this oe :)
