Well, if it's too late to modify the Workshop asset, then each person who wants to use the asset "fixing" it via "Customize It!" seems the best alternative.
Feindbold  [autor] 10 FEB 2021 a las 10:35 a. m.
Thats up to each use then
Ilion 9 FEB 2021 a las 7:02 p. m.
Actually. you can fix it, in-game, using the "Customize It!" mod -- set Resource Capacity = 65,000 and the asset will work nicely.
Feindbold  [autor] 9 FEB 2021 a las 10:36 a. m.
Yeah I can do that
hottt3 9 FEB 2021 a las 10:11 a. m.
If you can't fix it it would be right to give the information of this bug in the description, because many players may not notice it or notice it very late (like me).

Yeah, its too late to fix it, if you just like the looks, go for the water tower version :)

It consumes oil like non-stop!! I had to deactivate this building:nay:

And?
Ganliard 31 DIC 2020 a las 4:03 a. m.
Still no update?
Feindbold  [autor] 31 ENE 2020 a las 4:45 a. m.
Thanks for looking into this, I see if I can update it later today :)

Changing Resource Capacity = 70,000 was still too high.

Setting Resource Capacity = 65,000 works. Twice, I saw deliveries which topped-off the fuel supply at "51 weeks" without over-filling (and thus resetting the quantity to 0). The trucks then took their extra fuel elsewhere.
Ilion 29 ENE 2020 a las 5:33 p. m.
Feinbild,
I figured out the cause of problem I'm seeing -- Once the asset's internal counter for stored fuel reaches "50 weeks", any further delivery causes the counter to reset to 0.

The standard oil-fueled elec plant has a Resource Capacity = 20,000, but this asset's Resource Capacity = 200,000 ... so, it's "thirsty", as you intend; however, it's requesting more oil that it can store.

Changing Resource Capacity = 80,000 was still too high.

Changing Resource Capacity = 70,000 seems to work. I'll test that further..

Ja, bitte reduziere den Verbrauch. Das Teil ist ständig leer und trägt so zu extremen Stromschwankungen im Netz bei.

Lovely looking assett but as in the previous comment the fuel useage is untennable. Even next to a cargo station is an oil producing district trucks cant deliver enough fuel to enable it to opperate at full capacity. Fuel useage needs to be toned down to make it useable.
Ilion 28 DIC 2017 a las 11:46 a. m.
Thanks. I'd love to use this asset.
Feindbold  [autor] 28 DIC 2017 a las 11:38 a. m.
I can take a look into that, I balanced so that there is a need for a cargo station essential though, just like these kind of things were set up in the around 1900
Ilion 28 DIC 2017 a las 9:42 a. m.
It's an attractive asset, but the fuel usage is unbalanced. Fuel trucks are racing to meet its needs, and failing. For example, enough fuel may have been delivered that it reports it has enough fuel for, 56 weeks (I've seen that). BUT, just a clock-tick later, it will report that it is operating at reduced capacity and has fuel for only 2 weeks.

>Jeah I have this prewar rule going on^^
Perfect. The workshop has enough glass boxes anyway. Amazing content feinbild!

Grossartig, wirklich! Wohne nicht weit von den Gasometern, als ob ich aus dem Fenster schauen würde!
Kleiner Tipp, so noch nicht bekannt: SoJiro hat etliche Dinge aus Wien gemacht, falls du Interesse hast.

Thx mate :) always nice to hear things like that.
AngryDragon 25 DIC 2017 a las 10:02 a. m.
I've been distracted by other games of late, but I still check the workshop from time to time. Your buildings really stand out. They are without question some of the very best available.
Feindbold  [autor] 25 DIC 2017 a las 4:29 a. m.
He will release the trains as soon as he is finished with another project :)

There are too few of us doing jazz age cities, it was not until recently that we had two police cars and only non modern fire truck on the workshop is a 1929 design with the asset dating back to 2 years ago.
Feindbold  [autor] 21 DIC 2017 a las 1:39 a. m.
Jeah I have this prewar rule going on^^ (also im just not very talented on making modern buildings)

To put things into perspective regarding triangles, 18k is about 2 green cities 2x2 growables :D
egi 20 DIC 2017 a las 10:09 p. m.
"modern" ;D fair anyway. I'll stick to the power plant version than.
they are soooo beautiful and very well done.
18k tris is a necessary evil due to the form and detail of these babies I guess.
thx a lot! your stuff is best of the best.
Feindbold  [autor] 20 DIC 2017 a las 6:18 p. m.
No chance at all, modern buildings are not interesting to me :)

Amazing! But why does it say BERLIN on the thumbnail if the building is from Vienna?
Jack Boston 20 DIC 2017 a las 12:24 a. m.
Toll, danke!
girlfromverona 19 DIC 2017 a las 11:36 p. m.
