Archivist:
- Librarian/Keepers should now properly have their additional cost.
Foundation/Confederacy
- Confederacy Swap is now when the player have at least one sector.
Liberty/Fury
- Universal Rights is now +1 Monthly Influence.
- Manifest Destiny is now +1 pop on new planets and -10% Claim cost.
- Hatred will swap to recklessness for empires which cannot have rivals.
- Recklessness swapped for The Spirit of War, reducing War Exhaustion.
- Fixed bug were the last Fury step could not be taken.
Piracy
- Adoption bonus now unlocks the Plunder War Goal. In addition it reduces Piracy Risk by -25% (+10% Ship Speed for gestalt Consciousnesses).
- Adoption swap for Barbaric Despoilers and empires without diplomacy: +20% Minerals during wars.

- Removed Aristocratic Elite Swap for Local Command Structures.
- Removed Grant Autonomy Edict from finisher. Finisher now -10% Trad Cost Penalty from Planets and Systems.

Confederacy/Subminds Updated:
- Decentraliserad Military Effort/Military Planning replaced by The Endless Realm/Designate Systems Minds, both which reduced outpost upkeep cost by -33%.

Perseverance Traditions Updated:
- Relentlessness replaced by Enduring, reducing war exhaustion gain by -20%.
- Revanschism swap for empires unable to have rivals, providing -5% war exhaustion gain rather than +10% rivals influence gain.
- Resilience now provides +15% Ship armour and reduce planet bombardment damage taken by -60% (-15% on planets with a planetary shield generator).
- Defender now properly increase Starbase Hull Points by +50%.

Destruction Traditions Updated:
- Finisher replaced with +20% War exhaustion for enemies.
- Finisher replaced with -15% War exhaustion (swap for AI empires if the no passive aggressive tradition toggle is used).
- Old finisher (+2 influence while at war) have become a swap for Nemesis of the galaxy for Devouring Swarm/Terminators (since theses cannot have rivals).
