- Fix the weapon cooldown problem, now the weapons will be closer to normal.
- Opitimize the weapon fire texture, gives a better look.

- Now, AI could research and use all kind of ultimate technologies.
- Whole new descriptions! Written by @Mr. Miyagi
- Optimize the technology chain, now it is more smooth and reasonable.
- Weapons are separate from the original technologies and move into a new technology.

- Remade the technology chain. Now the ultimate technology will be much harder to get and also have connection with normol techology, especially basic labs.
- Edicts: Manifest destiny has been taked apart into 3 different edicts, and they all cast influence.
- Buildings: All buildings ' output is lower than before.
- Weapons: Weapons are less powerful and much more expensive now.
- New ship part: Add new ship part "Super AI Combet Computer"
