- Edicts & Decisions -
Unlocking edicts bring tremendous benefits to the entire nation, but they come with a high price tag due to their sheer power. In addition, planetary decisions offer you exceptional customization options. Take "Geological Reconstruction" for instance, it offers the exciting prospect of adjusting the overall size of a planet. Plus, with the right choices, you can eliminate most of the negative modifiers on your planets.

- Terraform -
Practically every rocky planet has the potential to transform into a thriving habitat with the aid of groundbreaking technologies such as "Geological Reconstruction" and "Edenization."
All barren planets can transform into thriving havens with tremendous energy. Transforming molten and toxic planets into fertile ones requires first converting them into barren planets and then beginning the process of "Edenization." Frozen planets can terraform directly into an arctic planet.
Although "Edenization" may seem all-powerful, even "Edenization" has its limitations; there are certain planets that are either too large or too small to be terraformed.

- Armies - (only in expand patch)
Elite warrior, ferocious war machines designed for devastation, even bring forth the mighty "Godzilla" and transendent "Avatar" into battle!

- Expand Patch -
To maximize the level of customization options. The MAIN MOD does NOT contain ship components, weapon modules and armies. Instead, there are THREE expansion patches for you to choose from, each with their own unique strengths and specifically designed to suit your individual preferences:
Ultimate Weaponry (Lite)
If you're a vanilla game enthusiast and want to spice up the military options without toppling game balance, this LITE patch is the best option for you. The weapon power is pretty much on par with vanilla game and it's accessible to everyone.

Ultimate Weaponry (Standard)
If you're a devoted mod player hungry for some wickedly powerful weapons to conquer those tough foes, then look no further! This STANDARD patch is absolutely perfect for you. The weapon power may not be overwhelmingly high, but it will undoubtedly give you immense pleasure.

Still not feeling strong enough? Here is the CHEAT option: Ultimate Weaponry (Restriction Break) Since it's a cheat patch, there's no way AI can get their hands on these epic weapons! Usually I wouldn't go for this one because the crazy amount of power just takes away from the excitement of the game. But if you're itching to take on some crazy end game mod with some serious firepower, this patch will give you the edge you need to slay the behemoth.

-Localisation Patch -
Build-in Chinese & German localisation, you won't need additional patches.

This mod is incredibly helpful as it expands the spacing between ships on a 3D scale to prevent collisions.

- Q & A -
Q: Will AI empires use this mod?
A: Yes, AI empires have complete access to all the features offered by this mod; however, they tend to be cumbersome and inefficient with utilizing its contents. If you are hesitant to grant AI such power, you can choose the cheat patch: Ultimate Technologies (Restriction Break) .

Q: Is this mod save friendly?
A: Absolutely, please feel free to load it into your saves whenever you like.

I've posted patches:

- Ultimate Technologies Patch
- Ultimate Weaponry (Standard) Patch

Just note that as mentioned, the utopian infrastructure decision will work but currently it just adds new district options and redistributes your old districts where it makes sense. Without vanilla changes, or new planet classes and major changes to the current events, I can't disable vanilla districts.

Otherwise, should be good for most use-cases in v4.* until Stellaris breaks something else.

@breloom1994. If you don't have bandwidth right now, I can post a temporary patch for both this and Ultimate Weapons (Standard), both of which I have working and moderately balanced. The district situation is somewhat hacky for ultimate infrastructure decisions (that part needs more balancing) but it is functional. There's also the patch below, but I feel that one overtunes a bit too much to fit in with some more-powerful mods.
