  • Tweaked tooltips slightly
  • Changed DLC requirements from Local to Host, to get rid of error spam. Basically means that now the one hosting a multiplayer game has to have the DLC, for portraits to show. Single player unaffected.
  • Added crisis and pre-sapient portraits. Available only when cheat mode is active.
  • Added option to change species name-list. This will only affect newly spawned leader names of the species. And only includes the built in name-lists.
  • Added an influence cost when setting a species as founder that is not of same as founder.
  • Added a time limit of 120 days for non-cosmetic functions. Can be circumvented with cheat mode.
  • Changed so you can only set robots as founders if your empire has completed synthetic ascension. Can be circumvented with cheat mode.
  • Added option to convert disconnected machine species into synthetic robots. Requires Synthetics and robot modding enabled. The species will still remain a sub-species of the original machine species. Enabling you to use the newly converted species as a template to easily convert other species of the same one to robots.
  • Added Gene Seed Purification as alternate tech requirement for non-Utopia users.
  • Several bug fixes and code cleanup.

  • Fixed planetary habitability changing when changing portrait, converting to base species and changing species class.
  • Fixed menu preventing edict
  • Changes will now affect all pops of the species, even if there are pops outside your empire.
  • Synthetics can now change appearance within the menu.
  • Added a happiness penalty to previous founder species if you set a different base species as the new founder. Setting a sub-species of the current founders, will not trigger any penalty.
  • Species class menu for portraits changing will now only show up if you have Genetic Resequencing tech or cheat mode activated.
  • Hive mind/machine species can only become a subspecies of a founder that is also a hive mind/machine.
  • Loads of under the hood tweaks, code cleanups and localization rewrites.
  • Added cheatmode. Type "event genemodenh.369" in console without quotation marks. This will remove restrictions and prevent happiness penalties.
  • Moved non-English localization files to a separate optional mod.
