XC2-Pedia articles set now includes "DATA Charts".

Facilities & W/A/I articles are receiving cool tiny Info-Boxes.
Multiple new features.. GFX/Assets included in the UPK file are more than double the size of what July's release had! Just won't spoil it all for ya!

-- HOT-FIX!; The 20 extra custom Techs that were wrongfully listed in the Research-Lab have been 'repaired'.
-- A few other articles (W/A/I + XC2Pedias) are getting filled up with transit Details & their required Index are waiting to be hooked by Grimy's scripts.
-- I've started to rework the "Classes & Promotions" article to make it less complex to visualize multiple variations of Perk choices.

-- All Icons+Panels (..20 were missing) of the Tech-Tree/Index are now activated.
-- New "Hints" are inserted on the left-side Margins for every items listed in each major Articles of the core top-sections (Research, Autopsies, etc)
-- "W/A/I" now has its own sample (non-functional) Index that exposes what will be covered with their "Detailed/Costs" structure.
-- "LOOTING" (PCS+WUP+PADS) is done.
-- Started work on the "XC2-PEDIA" articles.. generic framework concept with MP-Cards + formatting principles for Stats & Details.
