- Added "Item Tooltip Additions" setting to toggle tooltip additions for items in inventories (including the * in icons).
- Added Mod and Id (only with InternalInfo) to item tooltips and updated config comments for InternalInfo.
- Changed mount points view to show orange for ones that have special masks.
- Added blue wireframe mountpoint to indicate default on top of the yellow or orange mountpoint.
- ToolbarLabels: Added a few more actions and optimized logic for "show block name: useful" mode.
- ToolbarLabels: Renamed some actions based on context, e.g. grinder's on/off is "grind on/off", "start grinding", etc.
- ToolbarLabels: Disabled custom toolbar action texts for controller HUD (as it shows really wrong and not fixable).

- Added setting to toggle DLC printout in config for both aimed and placed (named RequiredDLC).
- Improved /bi shipmods's text with proper DLC names and some plural/singular words for the numbers.
- Updated vanilla blocks list for /bi shipmods to properly print the vanilla blocks that are affected by mods.
