-Carabineiros, being the "special ops" of the Portuguese in Japan, now wear broad brimmed hats and berets instead of helmets

-Portuguese ship crew now use sabres instead of using Katanas
-Portuguese melee ship crew now get pistols. May change back if its too OP, but Portugal is supposed to be pretty OP on the waves.

-Last minute fix on Capture Galleon upkeep. Changed from 2200 to 1200.
