-Fixed double Teppo Kumi recruitment for Ikko
-Added cannons from Dutch Factorij to Ikko
-Fixed unit icons for Professional Ashigaru for Ikko
-Added the Teppo,Yumi,and Yari Taisho for Ikko

-Possible crash vector; removed the weather states I had in this mod. Use my weather submod if you want the better weather. I have a suspicion that the campaign weather is involved in crashes that happen right on the turn changeover.

-Nerfed Hojo Hand Mortars, range 125, halved the ammo. Almost too silly for Field Command ethos.

-Every faction can now recruit Teppo and Yumi Taisho. Samurai had many choice of weapons!

-Fixed Teppo and Yumi Taisho not having General Abilities. Yumi Taisho have flaming arrows ability. I wish this game had forest fires like Dynasties lol

-Fixed double Teppo Kumi recruitment

-Continued balance pass on arrows, reduced accuracy stat a bit more
