- Disabled firetuck power on/off check for now as it crashes the game. So the truck always is functional even without power for now.

- A FireTruck option was added. Use #firetruck on/off to enable/disable it as it does cost CPU. Use any vehicle and rename the grid "FBFireTruck". Park it next to a fire and every 5 seconds it extinghuises the blocks in a 25m range. Repairs still have to be done manually (hence the remaining fires on non-yellow blocks).
