- Added system throttler allowing the MOD to idle when system is to busy. Default is set to 100 to allow slow worlds to have fire. Advised is near 40.
- Added new command to set the throttle value as : fb#throttle [15-100] ms. Where the mod will idle when system response takes longer then the throttle.
- Patched to better detect new damage (fire from rockets occur 50% of the time)
