Updates include:
- Choose alternate carrier names
- More HUD modes show hostile targets (grey diamonds)
- AWACS/RADAR vehicle HUD is a forward-air-control display, with more details on all aircraft

Update to work correctly with v1.5.3

Now that the carrier radar can be turned off properly, this exposed a bug where docked aircraft radars would take over, fixed

- ships now select semi-random names from several pools of cool new ship names.
- extended petrel overview screen - toggle instant drop/pickup from the control screen

- Fly low level (under 50m) to avoid most Radar detection by human controlled carriers
- AWACS flying over 1600m altitude gain a range boost, up to a max of 12km

Gameplay rules:
- Barges are capped based on how many carriers you have and how many barge islands you control
