SP-Corvette 2M1S -> 2M

Removed L+G and M+G slot sections, add other kinds of sections.

Some rebalance to Crusiers

Some localistation corrections/harmonisation and added french localisation


if you misclicked, the event has bugs or you changed your mind during game (i dont know what happens if you change it late in game, early should work fine), use this console commands:

Enable Armored/Gunned Ships:

effect set_global_flag = SSM_on


Disable Armored/Gunned Ships:

effect remove_global_flag = SSM_on

Cruisser: Added X-Sections (supremacy)
Battleship: Added X-Sections (supremacy)
Titan: Changed spinal sections: Bow: 2X1L -> 3X / Mid:2X1L -> 3X / Stern:1X1L -> 2X
Juggernaut: Added 3 sections (planet killer type (needs colossus), carrier type (unyielding) and extra large type (supremacy) )

Increased Titan limit to 30
Increased Juggernaut limit to 3

Add X-Section for defense platforms (needs unyielding or supremacy)
Add defense platform templates (needs unyielding; double amount of guns, 4 armor slots, 2 aux slots, +50% section alloycosts, no buffs)

Fixed graphical locator problems (fire from middle of systems)
