Update: 20 Sep, 2023 @ 11:39pm

Version 1.7
Huge update for Species of Stellaris, this patch functions more of an overhaul of the mod in general for the new patch Caelum 3.9.

• Species of Stellaris has been updated to 3.9.1 and the new portraits added with this patch, now appear as they should.
• Species classes Insectoids, Ichthyoids and Serpentoids have been removed, as I wanted to focus on species classes that are more interesting and actually have more distinct differences.
• Playable Gas Species and Playable Fire Species by Dameius Lame'ocrates has been integrated into Species of Stellaris. This introduces two exotic species classes; Gaseous Species and Infernoid Species. Features from these mods have been integrated as well. Please check out the original mod page to see the specific features. Special thanks to Dameius Lame'ocrates for granting permission for his excellent mods to be integrated into Species of Stellaris.
• Several vanilla portraits that were moved earlier to different species classes have been moved back to their original species classes. I only kept ones I felt that there was no denying they belong in in the assigned species class.
• Added Cheek's Custom Shipsets: Star Trek [Klingons] shipset by Cheek. This shipset is assigned to the gaseous species.
• Added Alternate Lithoid Ships by Brandross. This shipset is assigned to the Infernoid species.
• Added in the previously unused Rakata Octavio portrait that was part of the Octavio mod by Vic20. Portrait is animated and has been added to the Zetanoid species class.
