Small morning update to fix several textures not multiples of 4, also new general purpose machinegun and drum

New heavy pistol, heavy pistol magazine, light machinegun magazine and Bullpup rifle sprites by SCP-966

minor changes to some weapon sizes and hold posisitions. Operator rifle slightly smaller. Forcing update for a few folks who seem to have malformed mod issues.

Went through and made it so less items SHOULD spawn on starting a campaign. Problem is some items are spawning like battle rifle magazines or other items which should never spawn in the security lockers on campaign start. Which is a base barotrauma issue with weapons/ammo/cabinets.

more clean up, added in the old classic Crew Helmet, high impact protection with burn armor, less gunshot than the gunner helmet and no weapon or other skill bonus.

several worn weapons adjusted to not look terrible, new scatter cannon updated hold posisition. Slight changes to fire rate of several rifles. mostly cosmetic

Frontier Hat description of Unflinching justice restored as it was meant to convey the -5% stun effect while wearing.

New backpacks now all have the "Bandolier" tag so they will go into your duffle bag when you die, oversight by me.

Fixed status effect targets I missed, added ropes back to harpoons. Everything seems to work correctly

some minor weapon adjustments including flashlights, everything SHOULD be ok for patch next week, I will try to have patch out quickly!

jovian enviromental armor now applies correct amount and time of pressure stabilizer.

finally changed machinegun and mgmagazine to vwomachinegun and vwomgmagazine due to errors with it being extremely common in other mods to use machinegun for item prefabs. Added a 6 slot easy to make sling pack that can carry a medium weapon and 1 tactical slot. I eventually hope they will trust us enough to put items on clothing/bags so I can just have the weapon appear on the players sling backpack.
