Changes in Carrier Combat Computers and Strikecraft
- Sublight speed penalty during combat is increased, from -50% to -75%.
- Gives a 'hidden' engagement range bonus to the Carrier Combat Computers. It is an additional +50% to the existing one.
- Strikecraft's in-combat regeneration has been increased to 40%, from 10% of non-combat regen. (The value of Vanilla Stellaris was 20%.)
- Carriers can now start battles from farther away than before, and will have a slightly increased attack power, but will be harder to run away from the enemies.

Changes in Sniper Combat Computers
- No more tracking cap and tracking bonus.
- Their fire rate bonus is now the same as the Artillery Combat Computers.



Enhanced Starbase Designs
- New system-wide range weapons to the Starbases. Prevents Starbases from being unilaterally attacked by ships that runs away.
- New common A-slot parts to Starbases. Gives Starbases a base recovery rate to make them fight more effectively in combat, and fixes an unbalance in Starbase designs.
