Fixed issue when sitting and drunk causing a trip when sobered up. Sitting will not remember any trip events, so sober up and stand up should work now.
Changed default "Loud noise causes hearing damage" to ON.

Updated so AuthenticZ ear protectors and Wear on Neck/Wear on Head actions correctly apply the Hard of Hearing trait.

Updated so the deaf is triggerd by other players, and not the envrionment, house alarms etc

Sustained loud noises can now cause temporary deafness. The option is disabled by default so existing users are not affected. Enable in the sandbox option Rick's MLC Concussion -> "Firearms damage hearing".
Work Place Health and Safety update: Wearing ear protectors will cause the character to have the Hard of Hearing trait.

Added moodle for Concussion, required MoodleFramework to appear. If MoodleFramework is not installed, the concussion will work as normal, just no moodle.
Added Simplified Chinese translations in line with the other translations.

Updated the base chance to trip while drunk from "1 to 100" to "0 to 100 " Note that setting to 0 would mean never tripping regardless of drunk level (ie 0 x DrunkLevel = 0)

Added the chance to get concussed when tripped while running or sprinting (and not drunk).
Probability and duration for concussion when tripping is configurable in the sandbox options.
Drunk effects are now configurable in the sandbox options.
