> Removed Espionage modifiers from Administration.
> Removed Espionage modifiers from Authority.
> Bureaucracy I for spiritualist empires now affects Priest Jobs instead of Bureaucrat Jobs.
> Administration II now reduces Leader Cost by 25%.
> Administration III now increases Leader Pool Size by +1.
> Association I now also increases Envoy Harm Relations by +50%.
> Association III now increases Diplomatic Weight by +10% instead of +15%.
> Supervision III now unlocks the Extended Shifts edict.
> Supervision III (Machine, Hive) now unlocks the Drone Overdrive edict.

> Expansion Adoption Effect (Void Dwellers) now reduces Habitat Upkeep by 20%.
> Expansion Adoption Effect (Machine) now reduces Pop Assembly Cost by 10%.
> Prosperity Adoption now reduces Pop Job Upkeep by 10% instead of 5%.
> The background script for handling ascension perks is no longer event based and instead uses a scripted effect.

> Spiritualist empires now gain Priest Jobs from Aesthetics II instead of Culture Worker Jobs.
> Aesthetics III now affects ‘Pop Happiness’ instead of ‘Biological Pop Happiness’ so that Lithoid Pops are included.
> Administration III (Hive, Machine) now grants +50 Edict Fund instead of Ruler Pop Resource Output.
> Bureaucracy I (Megacorps) now affects Manager Jobs instead of Bureaucrat Jobs.
> Foundation I (Void Dwellers) now grants +5 Amenities instead of reduced Clear Blocker Cost.
