- Removed lua speed patches

- Decreased mod priority, it should now be compatible with other mods, like the thread mods.

- Decreased "windowMonitoringBorder" to half of default

- Decreased "presenceEntityMonitoringBorder" to half of default

- Increased "worldClientStateUpdateDelta" from 30 to 1

- Disabled world server interpolation.

- Increased "chunkCacheTimeout" from 250 to 10.000

- Increased "textureTimeout" froom 10.000 to 20.000

Decided to update it anyway, this is the version i've been using for the past 2 years.

Basically changed everything to make the game actually faster, also includes Weather Lag Fix, since this is where it originally came from.
(By the way, my personal record with this version is: 205 fps)

Changed back to patches and lowered particles padding and range (fixed my lag when any weather thingy started but im not sure if i broke something, its been a while)

The last patch i only placed the world update change and discarded the rest while i tested them, so now i'm bringing them back. Gonna start looking into the settings related to particles now.

This time i tried replacing the config files instead of replacing the lines using patches
