Important:
- I fixed a bug that caused some serioues lag (from the update of today)
- probably you have to download the mod again if you want the fix now, Steam is sometimes too slow

Im sorry for the error, but its fixed now and the game runs normal again.

BASIC PATCH:
- all 3 FE darkmatter techs added to Spectral crisis + Arcane Ascension
- removed forced government title from the Certus civic
- Arcane Ringworld output from 100 -> 75%
- Superweapons (megastructures) - cost to shot them got reduced
- rework of all scripted triggers
- nerfed Evergarden's guardians
- Origin Constructor Ark modified, can at max stage become a one-planet-empire
- Galaxy shape "ring" fixed for galaxy core hyperlanes (they didnt connect to the galaxy)
- "Onyx Programming" - origins/civics with that tech can now also use it on machine worlds

CIVIC QUANTUM NAVIGATION:
- increases Quantum Catapult accuracy + range a lot
- ship energy upkeep +5%

LOCALIZATION:
- many color adjustments to fit better into the base game/Vanilla
(all origins and all civics, some events)
- corrections of many different texts/descriptions
- missing ship preview texts got added

REBALANCE:
- Civic Spectrals - removed the 4 extra trait points
- Civic Neutronpower - megastructure build speed from +10% to +35%
- Civic Certus - GC upkeep from -90% to -75%, empire size from -50% to -33%
- Civic Certast - ship costs from -15% to -10%
- Civic Vero - removed +5 planet stability
- Civic Phoenix Regime - removed extra influence
- Civic Rulers of Elements - Elemental job increases planet stability from 1.5 to 3
- Origin Borg - encryption & decryption from +1 to +3
- Origin Phoenix Empire - starts now with a Megashipyard, not a Strategic Coordination Center

NEW EMPIRE TYPE: Galactic Plague (virus species)
- can be played with a new origin
- can infect other empires via spy operations
- causes infections/death across the galaxy due spreading of the virus/operations
(chain reactions possible)
- has 8 own unique traits, all with different bonuses and effects
- unique traits get added to the species while new edict event
- has 3 new edicts for new mechanics
- infection operations have different results dependent on the active traits
- operations cause death, infected pops, mutations that attack systems of the target, infect a leader, spread to neighbouring empires
- can not modify their species in a normal way! (no other trait points available)
- needs the civic Devouring Swarm (not Lithoids)
- "Liquidation-Hub" to melt pops (needed to create "Hivemoons")
- purged/eaten pops turn into molten pops as well to create more strong Hivemoons
- starts on a giant Hiveworld
- the galactic community will sometimes start a resolution to heal a certain amount of pops
- all infected pops that didnt get cured die after 5 years

Basic patch:
- 3 darkish robot portraits added (first version!)
- added localization for Korea
- Halo planet background fixed
- ship size limitation compatibility with other mods added, thanks to Inny78 (Merge of rules -mod)
- fixed some code/events
- Sanakan cores lose 2 out of 3 nanite repair systems (Nanite crisis)
- Spectrals + Nanite empire can now colonize Gigastructures' Planetary Computer
- Molten World / Gas Giant origins (Aero species) updated

Certus:
- Innovator megastructure gets shipyards
- reworked Requiem origin

Crusader Civic added:
- total war casus belli
- wars add "Momentum" modifier for 15years (unity, ship sublight speed, hull regen)
- not available for machine empires

BASIC PATCH:
- Galactus costs changed (Spectrals)
- Nier cost changed (Spectrals)
- Arcane buildings got limited from 20 to 10-15, dependent on the building
- Restart edict removes planet pop count to 1, not 0 (Arcane Ascension)
- fixed "Utopia" origin starting system (asteroid belt)
- added the Shroudwalker/Scalvager portraits (only AIs have them right now)

NOMADS:
Due the latest 3.4 changes, Arks + Fabricators are now limited to 1 for balance and easier management.
- research technologies have been adjusted to compensate that - unlimited levels, faster to research
- Ark + Fabricator are now stronger, better, received more slots
- Nomads have now much less energy fleet upkeep
- Alarai + Ark have now 10 & 8 shipyards

LIMITED SHIPS REWORK:
- Endzeit (playable Spectrals crisis) = still only 1
- Deathstar (Ultimate Weapon perk) = still only 1
- Certus Willpower (Certus civic) = still only 1, but better now
- Nomad Main (Nomad origin) = still only 1
- Nomad Ark (Nomad origin) = now only 1 instead of 10, but changed
- Nomad Res (Nomad origin) = now only 1 instead of 20, but changed
- Gray Titan (Gray Tempest origin) = unlimited, but changed
- Supercarrier (Hearts of Iron civic) = unlimited, but changed
- Shepard (Warlord civic) = unlimited, but changed

Hotfix for Nomad empire and their special ships.
Still not 100% working because the new limitation mechanic is a bit weird, but at least you can build the ships.

Other empires with unique ships might experience some weird stuff too like unlimited amounts of previously limited ships.
Ill try to fix it on Friday.

Fixed a bug for Spectrals: "Endtime" was missing a component due the latest update, now it works and is ready to conquer the entire galaxy!

Origin / Basics:
- renamed to "Synthetic Gods" (previously called Spectrals-Cluster)
- crisis path has now also an own army + building
- changed costs and other adjustments of different things
- localization of the event tabs completly changed
- Spectrals crisis has now the aim to cultivate and then harvest the entire galaxy for their project & getting living metal out of all organic pops (you could RP as ME3 Reapers)

Megastructures:
- Supercomputer = when activated, gives empire bonuses but declares crisis each time you upgrade it (last stage is repeatable)
- Anti-Spectral = produces now only dark matter + living metal, building cost for each stage increased

Ships:
- all costs + upkeep changed
- Nier = costs now only dark matter
- Galactus = costs now only living metal + dark matter, but is more durable now
- Endzeit = costs now only living metal + dark matter

Harvesting pops (crisis path):
- Upload Ray turns organics into living metal = 1 purged pop turns into 10 living metal
- building "Onyx Converter" = 1 purged pop turns into 25 living metal

Misc:
- fixed "Upload" beam tracker in killcounter
- Solarstorm system added (misc initializer)
- Skycorp system added (misc initializer)
- Nanite empire can terraform normal nanite worlds to gt planets
- localization changes
- different code improvements/bug fixes and similar

Misc/Fixes:
- multiple localization lines improved
- added Onyx info to Borg, Spectrals, Gray Tempest
- Borg receives Onyx programming (planetary decision)
- extension of the "Onyx" techs (previously only via Onyx Matrix -perk / Onyx Quantum -building of Spectrals), now certain planets can have modifier combinations which can be changed all time by the owner
- Spectrals, Gray Tempest -origin gain access to planetary Onyx-programming for Cores, Spectralic Ringworlds & Nanite worlds
- AI empires cant build Certus planets anymore (to avoid that they spam them)

Nanite empire:
- Nanite pop growth reduced from 5 to 2 (Assembly building)
- Nanite job categories fixed
- Nanite districts/buildings got new nanite upkeep changes
- added missing icon for a Nanite job

Roadmap:
- improving all the other origins/civics
- rework of Spectrals
- a (yet secret) new type of empire that has a completly different playstyle such as the Nomads & Nanites, with special abilities to make the galaxy your own
