- Update compatibility with Special Colonies Overhaul. Some districts allowed with Resort or Thrall world, but this allowance is managed by this mod.

Fixed issues about Secondary Districts.
- Many Secondary Districts don't have extra jobs on ringworld or Ecumenopolis.
- Secondary Districts have too much house and jobs on ringworld or Ecumenopolis.

- bureaucratic districts in spiritualist have priest jobs.
- technocracy features in researcher variant jobs are removed.

- Fixed syntax errors found with Irony Mod Manager. Thank you, greensniperhat!
- DO Deposits now spawn only on suited planets. For example, Tidal Generator deposits will spawn only on ocean-type planets.
