*Add Auto-Notify and Auto-Unlocker in the mod.

Auto-Notify: Notify player that Ruler has enough points to spend.

Auto-Unlocker: Automatically unlock foci directions your Ruler favored, the progress is generally slower than doing that in manual.

*Leaders in Democratic and Oligarchic countries may have two Foci Category before elect.
