Added a bunch of localisation for both this and Empire Governance to use. If you see a "Placeholder (probably another mod) anywhere let me know and I'll revisit.

Apparently, the -10 trade on criminals was a bug so I set it to 1.5 instead. Will refresh with vanilla value when PDX push the next patch.

Fix patrimonial aristocracy so you can use it under the dictatorial authority and take advantage of governments that use said civic/authority.

Updated to include fixes from Arphiaos 3.0.1 Unofficial patch.

Initial work for 3.0.1 complete.

This comprises only of importing vanilla changes to existing mod code. It does not contain any extra fixes from Ariphaos and does not extend functionality into new Nemesis components.

Outside of bug reports from folks using this with 3.0.1 the next update will be to include fixes from Ariphaos where necessary.
