For Stellaris 3.0.3.
- The second-tier resort or thrall capital buildings now require 20 pop (same as vanilla). And the third-tier capital buildings now require 50 pop.
- Updated for PD v3.0.3 update.
- Resort Visitors now require full citizenship (in Stellaris 3.0, resident pop can' enjoy amenities).
- Resort colony now has clerk jobs per 10 pop.

Now this mod will set "SCO_enabled_flag" global flag, when game started or a savedata is loaded, so you can check this mod is enabled or not.

Note: compatibility with "District Overhaul 2" and "Dyson Swarm" are disabled currently (April 17th), because these mod aren't updated for Stellaris 3.0 yet.

- Fixed Other empire's thrall and penal colony assignation.
- On resort or thrall colony assignation, any non-capital buildings must be removed.
- Resort or thrall colony can be assigned on Dyson Swarm.
- Resort or thrall colony can't be assigned on "Planetary Diversity - More Arcologies" arcologies.
- Resort or thrall colony assignation decisions are integrated in reguler planet ones.
- When abolishing resort or thrall colony, replaced capital buiding will be diverse, based on pop number and capital technology.
