pop_growth_speed_reduction = 0.25
changed to
pop_growth_speed = -0.25

This will make the negative modifier apply to base growth, rather than total growth.

All phenotypes are now selectable, an issue with using gendered portraits on non-gendered robots that I overlooked.

Added a static modifier to robotic civilizations that reduces pop growth speed by 25% and reduces research speed by 10%
Research speed was reduced to counter the +10% from starting as synthetics and with sapient AI researched. Pop growth speed was reduced because robot assembly is fast enough.
Both of these modifiers are easy to overcome with tech and high level scientists
