I integrated the properties of the "Real Pop Ethics Shifting" mod into mine. I like the idea of this mod, which brings more dynamics in the ethics shifting. Though I didn't test it a lot, so please tell me if you feel that it breaks the consistency of the gameplay in any way.

Following the advice I decided to add significant Militarist/Pacifist ethic attraction to both "Telecommunication" and "Transportation" policies. This is supposed to make these policies a bit less "attractive" and easier to pick, than before, when you just set pacifist policies while at peace, and militarist while at war, without any noticeble consequences.
