- quick hotfix for the scanner. It used to add deposits to ANY dyson swarm in the galaxy

Uppdatering: 18 jun, 2019 @ 8:07

-integrated ecology compatibility into the main mod and deleted the patch from the workshop.
-rewrote the planet scanner. It now completes after only two months instead of a year and adds all deposits instantly. It should also work more reliably now.
-gas giants now have a 75% chance to generate an exotic gas deposit and a 25% chance to generate a deposit that
provides two electrician jobs
-molten planets now have a 75% chance to generate a rare crystal deposit and a 25% chance to generate a deposit
that provides two miner jobs
-MEs now get the right job from level two foundries

-adjusted AI weights of buildings and districts to the overhauled weighting system of 2.3 (mostly just copied from existing buildings)
-removed the dyson swarm versions of the organic sanctuary, as it is no longer possible to (ab)use it for cheap housing and adjusted the civic events accordingly

Some more bugfixing hopefully

Uppdatering: 19 maj, 2019 @ 7:08

- Some bugfixing (hopefully) regarding the "home in the sky" civic
- changed the AI weight for the upgrade decisions to take GAIs higher weights into acount. Hopefull they will start actually using them now.

-I noticed that the dyson swarm tech showed up rather late, especially with the bloated tech list generated by having many mods installed. I changed its weight to be more common and also reflect scientist leader traits (increased chance by having a scientist with voidcraft expertise as engeneering head)
