Minor update.

Frissítés: 2019. júl. 10. @ 7:02

Fixed bug with the Engineered Environment decisions, I accidentally replaced the file from Planetary Diversity.

Added a new Decision that lets you remove the Adapted Environment modifier, if you have improved your world by other means (like the Engineered Environment decision chain) or just believe it has enough habitability %, you may wish to remove that modifier as it makes buildings and districts more expensive.

Fix some weird log errors regarding missing planet classes, should have no effect on gameplay.

Updated the terraform links for the Defrost and Detox candidates (Frozen and Toxic worlds) to use Climate Restoration.

Small update with a large modification:

In order to fix the problem with machine empires treating marginal worlds as 100% habitable planets, ruining the game balance as it makes them over-powered since marginal worlds are more common, I did the following changes.

Methane and Hothouse worlds no longer spawn, you can only terraform Cold Reducing and Hot Reducing to them IF they have the Terraforming Candidate modifier;

Desolate worlds no longer spawn, you can only terraform Barren worlds to them IF they have the Terraforming Candidate modifier; I kept Mars as a Desolate world with Adapted Environment modifier though, so you can colonize it right after game start with Sol humans;

Warm and Cold Marginal worlds no longer spawn, I added new planet modifiers that will allow SOME Frozen worlds to be terraformed to Frigid Marginals (name change) and SOME Toxic worlds to Temperate Marginals (name change), these modifiers work just like the terraforming candidate modifier, but not they no longer spawn by anomaly event, they are now generated during galaxy generation, so you can peak at your galaxy using console commands to find out how many there are (new galaxy required for the defrost and detox candidates);

Irradiated Marginals and Primordials still spawn like before, but their numbers are small so im hoping these will not unbalance your game very much, or I will have to find another solution for them.

I have also changed the Adapted Environment modifiers to increase cost of new districts instead of the energy maintenance one which seems to have been removed from vanilla.

Sync with Planetary Diversity's recent update with the 3 new world types (Snow, Forest and Mediterranean)

Primordial texture update. Not so dark, and more craters.

Fixed bug with Ethane World missing picture.

CONTENT UPDATE: 2 New uninhabitable world classes have been added, the Water and Ethane Ocean Worlds. These have no surface land, so are uninhabitable. I have made no terraforming links, but may do so in the future. New galaxy is required to see them.

Vanilla Primitive and Nuked Sol has been adapted to this mod's planets, please report any issues as I havent bothered to test it.
